@21:41 how will client know to reach F5 VIP,. According to me first URL needs to be resolved to VIP by a DNS server ,then traffic can hit F5
Correct dns resolution will happen that's first step which is obvious because url to ip resolution should be there

@@mdabdulmoiz yes you can take tcpdump and you can see in wireshark because any how F5 only load balances traffic at TCP level and SSL ends on servers.you should not add client SSL and server SSL profile .you cannot use http profile .

It depends from company to company brother.Incident management is something when something went wrong and incident happen and it can be P1 incident ,P2 incident depends on how many users impacted and what type of issue came and we need to work accordingly. change management is something when you want to perform any change on F5 what type of checks you will be performing and what are rollback plans,pre testing and post testing whether test is successful.Problem management is when incident happens more than once then prooblem ticket is assigned to find proper RCA
