I did have a garage, but my homeowners insurance company informed me that the garage had to be torn down due to asbestos problems and it was getting in rough shape, and it was too small for my vehicles so it was just used for storage. So I had to get it torn down. After I had it torn down my a construction company, I switched insurance companies because it made me so mad. I wish I did have the money to build a bigger one down a few feet on my property.
