Can you guys please recommend your vet? I’m in Orange County too and have spent over 15k on my dogs surgeries in less than 2 years. I’m looking for a vet that I can trust and won’t price gouge me. I don’t remember having a vet visit that was under a 1000 recently 😭
oh no ! it is so important to keep your hips tucked while doing movements on the reformer. A good instructor would make sure your technique is proper so you don't hurt yourself. I am sorry it happened but do not give up on pilates because it's a wonderful workout for the body and mind :)
