(7-6-18) Here is another elevator at the Chicago riverwalk. I think this one is newer as I don't remember it being here.

I think I was in this area when they had just completed construction of the shaft. About a year ago I took one of those river tours

I know Chicago has put a lot of money into the Riverwalk in recent years. This was probably added because of that work.
