I marginally smoked him across the board WITHOUT a predominant school pedigree. Why do "cadets" define themselves by the institution vs the caliber of work they perform?
There will always be outliers who make it through their respective program and ruin shit and make a bad name for other graduates of similar or related colleges. Most SMC grads are okay or pretty good though.

Sir we have a very close Formal uniform that Myself and my fellow Cadet Officers wear when we are conducting Cadet Inspection The only difference is We have light blue waist sashes and white Dress Gloves. Ready for more Inspections tonight and 2 more rounds tomorrow. Not sure about Norwich but I will have to remain on Campus due to the fact all Cadets must have all demerits cleared and the fact I have piled on the demerits will keep me very busy.But Military School is suppose to tough and hard.

Sir as a Cadet Major I finally found a way to require all PG Cadets to all Academy Military Inspections and Drills. Today at 4am I ordered all PG Cadets at attention. Then gave them 1 hour to prepare their rooms and Uniforms for inspection. They were required to have their all black Class A Uniforms set up to all requirements including tie placement.Exactly they were ordered At attention and properly saluting Me and my leadership team as we inspected their rooms and then their uniforms I know this was intense and brutal however it’s a Military School All had at least one infraction and are required to report in Combat gear and boots for a 2.5 hours smoke show. Until this is better I will conduct more 4 am specials and smoke their asses hard for 3 hours a day. You can be a hard ass at 17.
This interesting..I don't think the average person realizes how intense being in a Militay Academy.Iam a Cadet Major at a Military Academy who is also carrying a full load of AP Classes and I'm a 3rd year class man. I'm extremely tough and a complete Ball Breaker.Managing a rigorous AP Ciriculum and 375 Caders is challenging. This week alone I have 2 30 page papers due and an AP chemistry exam on Friday.And now last night I caught a Cadet Malking ties for Cadets and placing ribbons and medals for cadets so they can pass inspection.With that said this Cadet was written and reported and also faces expulsion with 150 demerits.The Cadets who had their ties and pins on their uniforms face the same punishment.Since I have no idea how.many Cadets were involved the entire Corps of Cadets will be on campus restriction and will be required to be In full Class A Dress Uniforms from 6am to 10 PM 2Hours of standing at Attention and 2 Hours off before 2 more Hours of standing at attention and so on.Remember when we punish cadets we also have to do the punishment just to make sure it being done properrly..I have a younger Brother who was in this platoon and He is receiving 50 demerits as everyone in his platoon. I don't scream and yell but I'm strict who busts balls.
