I would love to help in anyway I can, although I'm not good with programing. When it comes to English versions of things, I usually do script editing (making translations flow better and better reflect the mannerisms of each character) and VA work (usually Aoyama XDD). *Looks at your username* .... Are you a rival for Kei-kun's affections?!!
Wait... you play Aoyama?! Holy crap... in that case, how good is your microphone? I'm typically a snobby audiophile, which is why I very very rarely cast people over the internet, but I've been looking for an Aoyama for quite a while since my last one graduated! (Note this is for the anime, actually). Do you want to audition maybe? As for scripting, I've been slowly translating, editing, re-editing and re scripting this show for about four years now, so I feel reasonably confident? Of the 52 episodes, I fully scripted 47. It's always nice to have a second opinion though ^^ Especially from someone like you who knows this show cold. I have a lot of personal peeves about translating and adaptation, so I may be a little difficult to work with though >
MewProjectAkasakaism The microphone I'm using is the one I use for my Mew Mew Blog Thingies that I've been making recently. It's a pretty decent mic. The only reason it peaks a bit when I get loud is because I record those sitting down but I do actual fandubbing standing up, so peaking won't be a problem since I can move away from the mic. I wouldn't mind auditioning. Just give me a list of characters and some lines and I'll give you a sample. As for scripting, the thing I'm really picky about was all of the language the original fansubs had that weren't there in the first place. Also proper translations of the characters' names, weapons and attacks.
HikaYagami May I just email you the sides by any chance? I can also list off my translation standards too, though I dunno if they would necessarily be your cup of tea.
I hope you continue with this!!
