昨年第20回国際水彩画交流展では年2回春と秋にネット展を企画開催し、全世界から多くのアーティストにご参加頂いたこと大変嬉しく思います。そしてこれからも日本国際水彩画会（JIWI）は世界中の素晴らしい作品の発表機会を創り続けてまいります。ここに春の第21回国際水彩画交流展を開催致します。次回の開催は秋11月です。　
We are honored that many excellent artists in the world participated “Japan international watercolor net exhibition” in spring and autumn last year. And JIWI will continue to create an opportunity for great works around the world.We hold “21st International Watercolor Net Exhibition “now.The next exhibition will be held in November this year.
日本国際水彩画会は日本を水彩画のメッカにという目標のもと、2001年から国際水彩画交流展、参加型写生研修会、学校ワークショップなどを通じて、日本と国外における水彩画美術の発展と普及、国際交流に努めてまいりました。そして、2020年からは更に大阪での巡回展を開催し、日本各地の画学生や水彩画愛好者などの水彩画美術への理解を深め、親しんでもらえる環境を作り、日本国民の水彩画美術に対する興味・関心を高める活動を行っていきたいと思います。
日本国際水彩画会は2000年から毎年新潟県を中心に国際展覧会、写生研修会を開催しており、新潟県、新潟市の後援を受けて国内外から水彩画作品を募集しています。
このチャンネルでは国際水彩画会の各拠点での展覧会の様子や公募によるオンライン展覧会などの紹介、理事・会員などの作品や解説を随時更新していきます。各展覧会では一般公募を受付しております。

The art work in 43:32 is aptly named despondency. I can feel the loss and hurt. my family is currently under quarantine and I can feel the emotions that the artist is portraying.
