    An impressive interview with a new chef and cook book author. He creates recipes that allow the user to alter ingredients to fine tune to their taste. The ingredients are pantry staples and fresh products from some of my favorite stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Jeremy’s Cornell education in Food Science combined with family cooking traditions is a win win combo for all looking for the perfect book to living a smarter and healthier lifestyle.

    Wish Bobby would recognize the health concerns of too much sodium. In my kitchen, salt is outlawed. Same with sugar or sugar substitutes. Onion or garlic powder is allowed. Onions and lemons are encouraged.
