I love how encouraging your message was- especially encouraging me to determine that this WILL happen and I just need to find ways to make it happen. I’m due in May with baby 4 :) I’ll be praying for your transition as well!
Congratulations on your upcoming new arrival! You can do it...it will just take some time to figure out strategies that work with each new stage with baby. Right now mine is in one of my arms for a good chunk of our school sessions.
Well for a tiny baby, a 5 or 6 hour stretch is basically "sleeping through the night." ;) He's been my best sleeper so far, none of the 2-3 hour midnight parties that #2 was such a fan of...
I was thinking the same thing if my newborn sleeps 3 hours i am excited. He is 2 months now and i am just exhausted. I am up all night he just falls asleep and I have to wake up to care for my 4 year old and start school. 🥱😴👩🏾🍼
I don’t wear a baby carrier but my husband does!!! My biological mum helped us with the night shifts when we had twins as I express milk when I have a baby and she admitted to me she watched junk Tv whirls feeding the one night!!! She stayed with us at the time or came to us depending upon her work at the time!!! We had health issues with our twins at the time!!! This is the first time I’ve homeschooled with a baby!!! We have teenagers that enjoy nursing my youngest!!! She’s watched school documentaries that has got to go over a baby’s head!!! I don’t mind how many breaks are needy and my youngest loves being with us when schooling!!!
I have a couple of favorites: Robin Long's YT channel is now called Lindywell, I believe, and has so many great short workouts, and Jessica Valant Pilates. Those are my go-tos...for variety sometimes the standing workouts from "Grow with Jo" channel, those have some cardio, hand weights, and some that are a little bit more like pilates.
37 weeks here- this came just in time. Thank you!!
Oh wow, coming soon! :)
27weeks here and this was helpful 😊
Just a few more months!!

Wait, 6 hours is a full night's sleep? Not for my body! 😅
You are a rock star!

It's fun to have the dynamic of older kids with a baby at home!
Love this! 😍 Spot on!
Thank you!!
Great advice ❤
Glad you think so!
What Pilates resources do you use? Exercise is something I need to be working on in general. 😅
