TH-cam deals with skipping forwards and backwards 5 seconds very strangely, it's rarely actually 5 seconds. From 2:10, if you go back 5 seconds, then hit play, the video will start from 2:03, which roughly accounts for the couple of seconds disparity on the stopwatch. For further evidence that this is just TH-cam being weird, go to 2:10, skip back 5 seconds, then skip forward 5 seconds again. You are now somehow at 2:08. If you've caught anyone messing around with seconds, it's TH-cam, and is anyone really surprised by that at this point?
