First i was way skeptical, when Heike came into DraconiaN, and also so young, too....but since some years, she turned out to be really great, also her voice. :)

So into the end, i consider Heike (nothing bad meant) really still too young from age for the band, hence DraconiaN, because she wants to fullfil her dreams with her very own, musical projects, and perhaps also family life. I can't believe, Heike was with the band for 10 years, that sounds very strange- because she appeared only onto the Sovran Album (2015) and Draconians latest output, "Under a godless Veil" Album.

@CL At least, Lisa leave the band back then in good terms so Heike do the same this year. Not like other bands wich only kicks her female vocalist as trash. All the guys in Draconian line-up are good people :) I'm happy with Lisa return and so I'm sad with Heike leave, but she will stay on music and their own projects so for me that's important.

I dont know, but while other bands associated with this genre live for appearences, Draconian is a group with a lot of soul, which explains the great aesthetic qualities of their music and also gives account of something very important: that indeed they are people with a lot of heart who really knows about respect. The photos and general comments of the band in their social media about Heike's departure says a LOT. I love one of the last photos the band published with the whole group, with Heike in the middle... so beautiful

They had Lisa first for the longest time as female singer. Then she stepped out from the band and was replaced by the wonderful Heike, with whom the band recorded the latest two albums Sovran and Under a Godless Veil. After two albums, Heike decided to leave the band and Lisa came back to her place as singer. It became full circle. Heike will be deeply missed, but getting back your former singer isn't bad at all. After all, Lisa is amazing, too, and she is the one who originally sings all the classics from Draconian, so it's all good.
Lisa was great, even i disliked her faux blonde hairs. But i'm okay with Heike as female frontend into the band. Listening to Draconian since "Dark Oceans we cry"

She wasn't 'so young', she was 26, almost 27, when she did her first concert with Draconian.

Lisa was 26 at the Turning Seasons Within times, and she was 29 when she did the last concert.
