I realized after recording I forgot to explain JTR in the SK team She's only there because she's needed for JML/Rey and you probably got close to her by finishing the Finn team. Visas Marr is the ideal fifth if you can afford to farm her.
For the early Dash team Nest is pretty good too. No Kyrotech, has a smuggler tag for Smugglers Run, rather easy mod requirements(no speed needed), and you can gain shards without farming the node through the bounties event, and can also be used solo.
Nest really falls off at endgame, though. I have her at G12 with a zeta and I got a lot of use out of her soloing trash teams but I don’t really see any point in bringing her to relics.
Can attest to the defensive value of Dash being excellent in midgame (if we count K2 as midgame). With Nest in the team you will quite often force GAS out of your oppenent consistently since people don't know how to fight them well.
There are a few characters that really pique my interest but I never see them used. Notable mentions would be Tarfful, Enfys, and Qi’ra. I’m sure there are plenty more characters that are outside the meta in a similar way. One big problem with those characters is as far as I’m aware they aren’t prereqs for anything later on, and they seem to be ignored as a result of that. I’d really like to hear more about them and their potential use cases 😂 Of course they’re ignored for their lack of returns relative to their investment, but it’s sad to see so many potential teams get 0 recognition

Kyro crunch. Early game is not easy unless you start whaling on lightspeed bundles and more, then any farm is a piece of cake, like SK (60 euros for 4 characters is offensive even for CG)
I've been playing mission and zalbaar with my dash. Totally underrated gems. Whereas L3 and IG11 are both fairly slow characters and only have activated taunts, zalbaar has both an activated taunt and a reactive taunt. And he's a thick thick boy at high relics. Missions also brings a lot of damage to that team at high relics, and they heal each other. Add in vandor reviving them, they make that team real difficult to deal with. I've also been theorizing that if you're not going for legendary bo, that bam and IG12 could be really good together under a dash lead. A lot of cool synergies there.
Truth be told, I sometimes skip over your vids, but hands down, this one got me. As a mid game type player, this is one of the most helpful videos I’ve seen in the last 2 weeks, as I have weird incomplete teams. Around 6mil gp no GL, with a TON of gear 11 characters. Will watch previous videos now. Thank you 🙏
It's a pretty small difference between the two. OG is slightly better on defense and Hero is slightly better on offense. No real counters open or close though
I'd take a high kyro, low zeta team (if one existed) over the opposite any day. I've had Rey + relic Resistance since the first LS bundles came out and still haven't farmed Zorii. Her team is good but not 5 zeta good (imo) and at the current pace they're always going to put out more important toons needing 2/3 zetas. That's the lens I've had to view my farming through the past six months or so
i'd rather not. i have 150 zetas, granted i keep them for jml, but kyros are so much harder to get than zetas. i mean you get atleast 6 zetas a week from doing almost nothing. kyros and the other hand are needed everywhere and you need 200 for one character.
I would have said the same thing at that stage of the game when I was farming JML. As you get closer to end-game the rate of getting kyro (while still scarce) gets much better whereas the rate of getting zetas pretty much stays the same. I'm not complaining to be clear, it's a good problem to have. I'm just saying if there was guide for a cost effective semicore teams from a zeta perspective, I would be in that target audience @@lionletsplay6283
Just got relic zorii and it’s absolutely worth it imo. She’s really really good, keeps melting things and you definitely don’t need 5 zetas, she’s perfectly functional at 3 and you could probably scrape by with 2.

BAM and Dash are most common. But honestly she goes under any team you don't want to see get beat by imps or CLS
Where I've found a good use for Wampa outside GAC is in TW for cleanup(e.g. Geos)
