Hello, as the prosecution counsels, we were tasked to write a 'reply' to the defence counsels' mitigation plea. Any ideas or suggestions so as to the format/ways to do so? Many thanks.
The personal mitigation was certainly a strong argument, and didn't necessarily need to come at the end. The overall layout is somewhat of a personal preference. However, having it at the end meant that I had a good strong finish before I concluded my submissions. I hope this helps.
I have a plea in mitigation assessment today, this really, really helped. Thank you!
This is really helpful - many thanks for putting it online.
Taking part in the 36 Group Advocacy Competition with no experience of plea in mitigations, this was really helpful - thanks Dominik!
Are you talking about the one by National Speed Mooting? I'm in it too!
@@freedomwill24 No I wasn't, but thanks for making me aware of that organisation - I'll definitely sign up for their future moots.
Thank you for sharing this. It will no doubt help me with my plea of mitigation exam in the coming days.
very helpful to my exam! I am not a litigator but still need to do this advocacy in exam!
This is incredible! Thank you
Thank you for this. Really useful!
You are very welcome. I am glad that you found it useful :)
“My serial offending drunk and stoned burglar feels incredible remorse for the theft of the wallet and is really truly sorry because he told me so” 😂

This is a suspiciously tidy student house - or is it parent’s house?
Nice video anyway!
Why there is only one video ?
this was amazing
Thank you for this
Thank you so much! This really helped :)
You're very welcome. I'm glad it helped 😊 are you a current BPTC student?
Interesting the sympathy card was played last - is that the strongest argument?
