Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, also known as Telangana Open University, formerly Andhra Pradesh Open University, is a public university in the city of Hyderabad. The university was established in 1982 as Andhra Pradesh Open University through the Andhra Pradesh Open University Act, 1982. It was inaugurated by the President of India. The university was renamed Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University in 1991 through the Andhra Pradesh Open University (Amendment) Act, 1991 named after the architect of the Indian Constitution Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar on the occasion of the centenary of his birth.

NOW THE POINT IS I HAVE TAKEN MY PG IN HINDI ADMISSION IN THE YEAR OF 2014 DECEMBER FROM HYDERABAD STUDY CENTRE MY MY PG WAS COMPLETED IN THE YEAR OF 2016 DECEMBER.

I GOT THE KHAMMAM DISTRICT FIRST RANK IN THE OPEN GENERAL CATEGORY IN THE TEACCHER RECRUITMENT TEST WHICH WAS CONDUCTED BY TSPSC THROUGH TRT 2017 NOTIFICATION AND TSPSC REJECTED MY CANDIDATURE DUE TO TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION GUIDELINES AND FINALLY I LOST MY JOB.
ACTUALLY DBHP SABHA IS NOT A STATE UNIVERSITY AND NOT EVEN ESTABLISHED UNDER THE STATE ACT, AND IT'S NOT A DEEMED AND PRIVATE UNIVERSITY THEN HOW FAR IT IS FAIR TO APPLY THESE. UGC TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION GUIDELINES ON DAKSHIN BHARAT HINDI PRACHAR SABHA......????

Open education,Why u make it difficult to the students .. U don't prepaire students for the exam you don't conducte the classes ..
You should keep only 4 or 5 subjects for each course which is necessary not 7,8 subjects.. You should conduct the only year wise exam not 2 times in year
Open degree students faces dificulties in the education
But alaa theeskunna certificate ki jobs thechukotam lo difficulties face cheyyalsi vasthindani semester system thecharu ....it makes a great favour to the students who are not able to attend the regular classes only. If it fallow as per what you said the value of the certificate is decreases so think positive all the best 👍

Open universities are quite different from traditionally univerities like ANU, AU, OU,KU etc even which offers the distance education. The univerisity can run any program if prior approval taken from UGC and DEB. I hope u got my point. My suggestion is if u r join in any university just enquiry abt that university has UGC and DEB permissions or not. Pls share among ur friends also.

Dear already i explained in my videos.pls watch once again in my channel .
The main difference is Open university can offers only distance/ open degree mode of education throughout the state example BRAOU.
However the universities like OU, ANU, KU, AU are called regural universities also named as tradional universities which can offer regular education as well as distance education if required within their jurisdiction with prior approval of UGC and DEB.
