Methi mutias are my favorite appetizer. I make the dough and freeze the methi dough shaped logs and when ready to eat I defrost the logs and do vagaras you did in the video and it tastes super delicious

Masoori Methi is used for flavoring generally . U can make palak muthia if don’t get Methi
