@@coyotewacker like the average trapper or taxidermist could afford 1. If it's a 10k machine for instance. It's like someone doing a dozen fur hats a year buying an expensive specialty furrier sewing machine. So don't know why he can't show it. I'd love to see it in action.

I processed and route bought for a buyer in northern Wisconsin for 10+ years , never heard a fleshing machine that sounds like that, would really be interested in seeing it perform it's job
I hope you come back to Middle Tennessee next year it was good to meet you a great experience and I've got the best prices that I've had in the eight years that I've been trapping
I have to say, after what i recueved fir my beaver from GFW this spring, i will be finishing ny beaver from now on. At the local auctions, i recieved over 4x the money than what i got from GFW
I use a fleshing machine that I used when I did taxidermy. It works great on beaver . It take a little practice and they will cost you a " FEW" beaver pelts to pay for it.
I only trapped beaver if they were in the area I was water trapping muskrats and mink ,otter or Coon . Just because one they didn't pay real well for the time and work involved ! I know we hunted and trapped more coon when the fur buyer said he wanted them green ! Not having to flesh and scrape them made me happy !
What kind of wool do you accept my aunt has alpacas and she has a sheep and she has the Jacob sheep she's got all kinds of wool but no place to go with it. She is also had it tested to verify that it was quality wool
To everyone bitching about not seeing the machine. If you had a way of getting something done in a fraction of time it took others you would keep it a secret too.
He's just a middle man. He's at the mercy of what companies will pay him for the fur. If a trapper thinks it's not enough money, they can take it back. They aren't forced to sell.

On that 3x blanket. What is the difference in price if it's fleshed when brought to you compared to green?

Just leave them frozen
Why don't you do show your process on scraping beavers and boarding
