@Pugetwitch a drowning machine and delta p or differential pressure are different that's a great comment though. a Drowning machine is a swirl of water at a low head dam that constantly rotates and traps people, but you can think of differential pressure as a vacuum. 7:28 - You are actually representing all four of the classic elements right now. Your drone is in the air, some of you are striding along the earth, some of you floating on water, and this content is fire!
Oh man! You posted the video, so I know you all made it, but I was still clenching my gut muscles. I’m from the Seattle, Washington state area, in the US. In the eastern part of the state it’s all farming and dammed rivers and irrigation canals. In areas where the canal has to cross a valley, usually instead of a bridge, they use something called a siphon where the canal basically goes into a pipe (kinda like where you guys walked across, only about 10 feet in diameter) goes down in a U-shape and comes out on the other side. For it to work and the water to get back up the other side the water has to completely fill the pipe. If you get too close, there’s no way to fight the current and you’ll get sucked in. Lots of sad stories of people (usually kids) drowning. Worst one was someone drunk driving going off the road into a canal near a siphon. The car got sucked into the siphon, and got wedged in the bottom of the U. They had to stop the water and drain the siphon and go down and cut the car out. Obviously that took a long time, and the people died. Over here, chains across the water are usually there for someone to grab, and as a, “last chance,” warning/barrier before getting into some current or situation you can’t get out of and will kill you. I knew you had to have made it, but when you were going past them I was so tense. Also, it isn’t uncommon here for tunnels to only have enough room for the water, because they aren’t intended for rafting, so you’d run out of airspace. When you went in to that long dark one I was glad to see there was a walkway. Man, you guys were all relaxed and chilling, and I was getting a tension headache!
Yeah, super dangerous for Sasha to fall in the water near the syphon entrance. Luckily he wasn't caught in the current. You can also see that they pass a spillway after the chains. So they're there to grab onto if someone falls into the canal when the spillway is open. Without knowing when the gates are opened, it's impossible to know whether this trip was safe or not. I'm guessing the guys didn't know either. But like you, glad they're ok!
Actually jealous of the fun you guys have ….bunch of mates just playing at life while i watch on my break at work 😂 makes me recalculate whats important to me … man i want to get outside for an adventure.

great fun video but so dangerous, there are plenty of small hidden pipes with enough water flowing through them to rip you to shreds im glad you all made it out safe especially sash at the end who got out right next to one of those pipes
@macg8050 I think if you look @ when Sash gets out of the water by the grates and the boys run across the bridge you can see some pipes running along the mountain under the bridge. I'm pretty sure that's how the water got to the next part...the pressure from the water flowing in from where Sasha was gives enough power to push the h20 up the hill (read the top comment). So, the grates weren't the problem. It was what was under the grates which is a medium sized hole filled with water and the only outlet is 500 meters through to the other side. Was it really dangerous? Incredibly.
@@countrybackflip Yes, it's an inverted siphon culvert. The potential energy of the water is converted into velocity on the inlet side, and back to potential energy on the outlet side. This basically sucks in the water from the canal at high velocity, and when you get sucked in there is no way to get out of that pipe except on the other side. Just think that all the volume of water from the canal passes through those two pipes, which have a much smaller diameter than that canal itself - hence the water flow has to speed up accordingly to move the same amount of water as the canal.
@@countrybackflip Actually the inlet was by the grates that they climbed on to get to the pumphose, You don't need to have a lot of pressure in a point like this as point A is at a higher altitude compared to point B which will cause the water to flow out at the lower section even tho the pipes dip down for a bit. One thing that had me thinking a bit tho was the end section, there was swirls on the surface of the water which would indicate that there was some form of underwater current there and those can be dangerous.

He told me the first time he used his boat the engine flooded and they couldn't restart it, him and his mate paddled a couple of hundred meters back to the boat ramp, all the way congratulating themselves for taking my advice.

gotta say boys, this was unexpectedly one of the best episodes in a while and i've been really loving all the recent episodes. i can safely say that even when you are all off training, you can set a straight line through a quarry or take inflatable rafts onto a spanish canal
Man, what a fantastic group Storror is! They are top athletes, they are among the best in the world in Parkour, but they are much more! They film everything, they fly the Drone even though they are inside a small oscillating boat, in the middle of a small canal, somewhere in Spain! They get off the boat, run along the pillars to record the maneuvers of everyone in the group, return to the boat, protect themselves, help each other, advise each other and have fun! I wanted to say a bad word, express my gratitude and enthusiasm for them existing, for being a valuable team, for producing such good content and for being great at everything they do! Incredible! I always look forward to Mondays, looking forward to your videos! Long and prosperous life to this magnificent team that is Storror! From Brazil!

roofless tv did a lot of rubberdingy videos in vienna maybe they do a collab again . those city rivers lead often to mysterious tunnels and then indiana jones is on
I feel like the most dangerous point of this was when you guys were carrying the boats above your heads across the narrow, windy bridge. A sudden strong gust could have dragged you off. Still, loved this video, hope you all continue to survive these adventures and post them here for us to live vicariously through them.
Sash, that weird current you hit was an Eddie line. Not dangerous at all at low speeds like this, happens when the river hits a bend and the current can’t stay completely across it. So you have one part of the river moving forward and one part standing still, just makes ya feel weird because one minute you’ve got current on your side and another second later your in standing water. Another thing for all ya boys, don’t standup in moving current that you can’t see the bottom of. Can get a foot trapped and the water will push you under! Excellent video as allways storror!!!
In this case it might as well have been a first feeling of the inlet suction of the inverted siphon ahead... those guys seem to have no clue about the power (and dangers) of moving water.
The only reason you lads successfully did this is bc you’re all parkour strong. Your physical skills and strength made this possible. Exciting adventure boys. I loved it. To be clear, your fear and fearlessness in certain situations you encountered were parkour strong.

So glad everyone was together for this! Maybe come back in summer and do it again 👍
Rocky Balboata
A friend of mine who was a novice at boating bought a powerboat, he asked me what accessories to buy and I told him to get some paddles. He didn't get it at first but he eventually clicked. He told me the first time he used his boat the engine flooded and they couldn't restart it, him and his mate paddled a couple of hundred meters back to the boat ramp, all the way congratulating themselves for taking my advice.
The crew singing that´s life in the dark was the best.
Honestly, this might be my favourite Storror video.
Callum's singing at 26:23 is so pretty!
this is one of the chillest vids, one of my favourites, we need more spontaneous random videos like this. luv storror!
We have to ramp up the likes and comments STORROR Army, these boys film for hours on end just to show us some amazing sites, moves, and characters.... Probs 6 hours of filming for a 30min clip.... They are grinding out here and have been for years.... Big up the boys........
Weirdly enough, I'd almost like to see a longer version of this. The vibes are just great.
You lads are the final bosses of “kickin it with the bois” 😂😂😂
I absolutely love the energy. Please be careful on your adventures
gotta say boys, this was unexpectedly one of the best episodes in a while and i've been really loving all the recent episodes.
i can safely say that even when you are all off training, you can set a straight line through a quarry or take inflatable rafts onto a spanish canal
With all the comments under this vid, I’m not sure safely is the correct word.
those harmonies were beautiful
Great adventures make great memories. You lads will have the best stories when you're old men.
This was THE COOLEST video you guys have done in a while. Please do more like this! I loved this video!!
Storror is one of those things you watch no matter what you’re in the mood for
The first video I watched on this channel, *not disappointed!*
Sash is chilling. He eats, controls the drone and has the best position.🤣
Please never let him get hurt though.
I always feel like he's in the most danger even though he's very sweet about it.
I enjoy your friendship and adventures that u guys are experiencing. Hi from Turkiye,Antalya 🇹🇷
This is by far the most relaxing thing I have ever seen! I would also like to go on a tour like this and just be able to admire this view and almost raw nature
When the boys are bored😂😂😂😂😂
The sticks……iconic😂😂😂😂😂
Absolutely love the chill adventures. Need more videos like this! Gives a good start to the week.
check out shiey, he does alot of similar adventures. him and storror are my two fave channels.
@@BigBingus27 I'll have to check it out, thanks for the suggestion.
As well as the Parkour, I love these videos of you guys just dicking around for laughs!!!! always cracks me up...
This one and the Geowizard straight line mission!!! absolute jokes!!!!
Love how Drew is commenting the videos!
You guys are naturally funny so watching you do pretty much anything is amusing
You guys are a great crew . Taking care of each other is key to survival
Boat Slide is truly enjoyable, love the variety of content!!! Really enjoy these more raw and laid back videos
you should def do more of these types of journeys! one of the most enjoyable videos to watch. keep it up!
Sash being that chill😂 luv it

Behind the scenes crew are so unappreciated by us viewers, big up to the safety crew ❤
Hindi ako nagsisisi na nag-subscribe ako sa channel na ito 😊 YOU GUYS ROCK! 🤘Always stay safe 🌸
What an awesome and beautiful adventure! 25:00 looked particularly interesting and pretty, weird architecture and rocks!
💙🇺🇲 Wow, cool ride, but very suspenseful, kept thinking you were all going to hit a big spillway 😱. Scenery was magnificent, beautiful, breath-taking. Happy everyone is
safe and sound!! 😊
Boy did I need this today!
The mystery behind this is great, sick adventure, chill video 👌 like a lazy river in a waterpark, would love to do this
a 5 hour long calm little boat ride down a river sounds amazing
What an absolute vibe this video was.
7:26 "Storror team is land, air, and sea" Ha, yes! Love this 😎
Off school sick but my day just got better
The shot with drone at the end was amazing you could really see the river snaking through the mountain what a crazy engineering ❤
I was terrified while watching but couldn't stop! Lol especially when they were jumping the bridge slots ugh omg! Please STAY SAFE! LOVE YOU GUYS!
Great job ❤ Looks mysteriously fun 💜 Uncertainty is what makes the adventure more exciting :-) Storror creating some incredible stories and doing just storror things lol 😂🔥
roofless tv did a lot of rubberdingy videos in vienna maybe they do a collab again . those city rivers lead often to mysterious tunnels and then indiana jones is on
11/10 video guys I really like these chill friends hanging out vibes of these and the straigh line challenges
Sash looks so chill and all happy with this challenge.
22:50 a lizard jumps off of maxs shoulder! 😂
I’m completely new to this channel but I love what I see from these lads
I allways am happy when new video comes up. keep up the good work!
This felt fresh. Keep the creativity, guys. All the best!
Man now you mention it was a five hour journey I want to see the whole thing not just a 25m summary :D
I feel like the most dangerous point of this was when you guys were carrying the boats above your heads across the narrow, windy bridge. A sudden strong gust could have dragged you off.
Still, loved this video, hope you all continue to survive these adventures and post them here for us to live vicariously through them.
I love that this challenge is conceptually super chill but is one of the most stressful simply because of the unknown factor
Walking across that bridge was dangerous! I hope everyone appreciates the danger you guys put yourself in just for that shot alone!
Best day of the week as always with your vids 💯🔥
This is a nice adventure after jumping using all your legs strength thanks for uploading made my day!
25:17 this looked so cool and trippy
Living vicariously through Storror's adventures, what a cool place to be, what a cool experience to have with friends
How I missed these crazy things about Storror
Sash, that weird current you hit was an Eddie line. Not dangerous at all at low speeds like this, happens when the river hits a bend and the current can’t stay completely across it. So you have one part of the river moving forward and one part standing still, just makes ya feel weird because one minute you’ve got current on your side and another second later your in standing water. Another thing for all ya boys, don’t standup in moving current that you can’t see the bottom of. Can get a foot trapped and the water will push you under! Excellent video as allways storror!!!
In this case it might as well have been a first feeling of the inlet suction of the inverted siphon ahead... those guys seem to have no clue about the power (and dangers) of moving water.
that video could have been way longer - loved it 🙌🏻
Great video and very cool of Sacha to deploy a drone mid-journey. Really enjoyable content.
The only reason you lads successfully did this is bc you’re all parkour strong. Your physical skills and strength made this possible. Exciting adventure boys. I loved it.
To be clear, your fear and fearlessness in certain situations you encountered were parkour strong.
