I don't understand USA and NATO. They keep saying Russia will or might attack while Russia says No we won't. USA says NATO has open policy to expand towards East so Russia has its right to expand and deploy troops towards West and they are wothin their borders while others are NOT. Open door policy from both sides. It will get interesting when Russia' expansion gets close to USA and I would like to see their reaction.

The US and NATO are militarily and economically stronger than Russia and have been suppressing Russia since the end of the Soviet Union. I am hopeful that Russia has in the past years built a strong relationship with China, and can count on China as a friend to counter the bullying from the West.
The trouble is neither side trusts the other and both have very good valid reasons not to so neither is going to budge. There is no single black and white cause the miss-trust has been building for years over many different incidents. The only fix is real effort to get along and a big change in attitudes towards each other.

That's the whole point, the word attack is very prominent and telling. . . . That's all Russia and Russians understand. NATO isn't built to attack. . NATO's will always press for diplomacy whereas Russia will always reach for the gun. . . As long Russia poses any threat to democracy in Europe then NATO will oppose this.
Russia must ask itself WHY all of those ex Warsaw Pact nations joined NATO , of their own free will. . .the answer to this is the reason that Ukraine wishes to join too. . . . Because Russia does not offer security, Russia offers intimidation and bullying tactics to its neighbours. . . And we're not talking of USA. . . The U.S. is a member state just as Netherlands or Poland is . . . We are talking of NATO as an alliance.

Russia’s main problem isn’t that Ukraine hasn’t found peace and stability, but that if missiles are based in Ukraine, such as if Ukraine joins NATO, then in a hypothetical attack, Russia has almost no time to respond. As soon as one of them comes back for fuel, another has already taken its place in the sky or at sea. That way, even if you incinerated every single square km of the country, and managed to destroy every ICBM in the US, which you won’t because the US is so large, but even if you dud, you still wouldn’t get the missiles on those subs or bombers and you wouldn’t be able to defend yourself from the retaliatory nuclear strike. Yes I know it’s possible for the S400 and S500 to shoot down missiles, but not thousands of them launched from subs, air craft and silos at the same time. It’s just not possible. So I don’t know why you guys fantasize about using nuclear weapons because that’d mean the end of you as well. Oh and if you’re not Russian? Actually right now is one of the few moments where NATO didn’t start the aggression, although it’s definitely escalating it. The reason Russia is pissed is because Ukraine wanted to join NATO, which in a way is understandable while at the same is not. They also may attempt to take Ukraine in a similar fashion to the annexation of crimea.
If Russia has rights to defend their country than why Ukraine has no rights to join NATO? Ukraine also wants to defend their territory, Russia occupied Crimea so they want to defend their territory.

The EU tried it already and failed. Once the Ukraine is part of NATO it will be used as a springboard to destabilize Russia with the hope of a color revolution. If the US has power over the whole world then you will see in the words of Maerschberger "if you don't do what we want you will see how nasty we can be".
