You really have to give a damn about others enough to do this with the patience they deserve. The pay isnt as much as the work requires but i get by, and so do they 💗 im happy they have someone taking good care of them.
The base pay right now is 15.07. Not saying it is or isn't enough, but only fast food place I've seen that pays that much is Raising Canes. I imagine they raised the pay for DSP within the last few months due to people leaving. Hopefully they realize their workers deserve better pay in general, but especially for such a demanding job.
Now for the record I have been one of their client for 20 years I have been at that building for six years and I have been one of the requirements for a long time we are at a critical crisis we actually need help for at least so many handicapped people with special needs that need the help I had to leave the building for financial issues I was getting paid 725 an hour to make kit I will not name what jobs are a lot of the jobs are gone and the job just fluctuate up and down and I needed to get a job in the community which I am I hope that the organization will bounce back within a couple of years the pandemic has messed up a lot of stuff up

Amazing 🤩
Do they do special Olympics?
Awesome
The Pay is Pathetic ! FAST FOOD Workers get Paid more than Dsp staff.
My place just bumped us from 15 to 16$ an hour, because Dsp's keep quitting left, and right.
