Guru Gobind Singh Public School Nainowal Vaid, organised an educational trip to Shri Anandpur Sahib on Saturday. In this trip, students of Grade V to IX visited places of historical importance namely - Takhat Shri Kesgarh Sahib and Anandgarh Fort. Students of the school under the leadership of Principal of Ms. Navneet Kaur also visited Virasat-e-Khalsa where they gathered knowledge about the history of Sikhism from the birth of Shri Guru Nanak Dev to Shri Guru Gobind Singh.The students keenly observed the documentaries and pictures depicting the development of Sikhism under Sikh Gurus. Students also had community meal during this visit in the gurudwara. Here are some glimpses of this trip.
