I am drawn to this kind of meditation (Sufi) that includes dancing, For some unknown reason it resonates with my DNA in a special way. I Try dancing/praying (mentally) as I spin, it was beautiful! I felt like Spirit was there present inside and around. I felt as if I was a spinning particle in the universe, as if I was part of a cosmic dance, like a spiral. It is quite profound. Let everyone come and dance, everyone. I will continue with this practice. You have to experience it!

Sufi music is meditational It takes one to a trance! And this whirling meditation music is beautiful 🌺🌺 in my college days I used to go to Kala kendras to watch this sufiyana musical dance performances.... it was breathtaking🙏🏻🙏🏻

Divine! It will be good if it is possible to slow down a little bit the lyrics, to have time to touch the heart. The lyrics disappears too early for people who speaks non-english mother language. 💚
