I knew I was missing something. So you're only set back 1 volley, not all the way to the start from the stun. I think in the quest version it resets all the way to the beginning which is why I was like "huh, that was surprisingly easy, let me just try the post quest-OH GOD MY BONES."
Just a quick tip to those wondering, as not pointing it out with a few words really irks me, Shadow Rush is also as effective as Shadow Barrage at stunning Leviathan. costs 4x less and you only need 52 magic.

I don’t get hit with it anymore after learning. But I still prefer running around and hitting on the corners. At least if I lag a little or get a dead click it’s not certain death lol.

Thanks for the video! I'm trying to do this boss with Mage on Leagues and I'm dying ALOT. Hopefully i get it down... it's the only boss I have access to for Virtus robes...maybe I'll stick to trident for raids? LOL
Thank you, got the quest version with the help of the guide. Even though the two webweaver specials still left a bit of HP, but the enrage phase was really fun and the boss panicked more than me. Seems like skill counts more than equipment, especially at specials, they actually got me a few times. 1 tick phase would be really fun without the occassional rocks, anyway...
Probably the hardest boss with the second worst drop rate lol. You can wait for a tick on the boulder throw before moving, the boulders will land and double up if you do that so you only have 5 rocks in the way while youre moving. You can see it on the last boulder in your example kill, theres only 9 on the ground.
@@AsukaYenOSRS yeah but u are 99 constuction, u can use the cape and swap the left click option to teleport for a one click teleport instead of telitab :)
@@josecoronas8716 I can for construction cape, yes. But I use the max caps. Having the max cape with me gives me the benefit of holy wrench. More prayer points per dose. So I can’t switch the max to a one click teleport.
Late reply, but I understand that that person meant to swap tabs for con cape and switch within menu entry swapper to one click tele, this way you don’t need tabs anymore, you can keep max cape for whatever you need, but use con cape as emergency tele
Levi is a fun boss with a sick pet but the loot is dogshit and 3/8 of your unique rolls are going to be trash 200k ingots. As a humble ingot farmer with 650 levi kc and 3 ingots and pet but with no other uniques, my tip is to just not do this boss at all post quest. Whisperer has way better drop rates and Duke is way more chill. Levi is a lot of extra effort just to have the second worst unique drop rate out of the 4 anyway.
This video doesn’t cover that. This is just normal mode. I do hope to do a guide one day. But I’m trying to fill out collection logs for these bosses, so probably not any time soon.

Finding out about this stun mechanic after doing the quest is very nice, I was writing this boss off after chugging brews through volley 5

You can. Not sure there's any real benefit to that though other than less rocks in the arena.
Is zaryte+buckler best dps at the boss by a good margin over bowfa with the max gear setup?
I’m actually not sure. I haven’t looked at a dps calc for either of them. I know the bowfa is a bit better than the tbow.
You can use the Minigame teleport to GotR

After 8kc I find this boss the least enjoyable. Duke is chill, Vardorvis is fun, Whisperer has good Rhythm, and Leviathan is a pain.
