  • Most exciting and tense frames of the match. Enjoy this dramatic first meeting at the Crucible between two of the greatest of all time. The ebullient crowd celebrates Ronnie and Mark's great shots, as well as suffering their mistakes.
Class of '92 at the Crucible up to 2020 (Warning: it shows who won the match in the video):
    - John Higgins 3 - 2 Ronnie O'Sullivan (1998, 2007, 2011) - (1996, 2001)
    - Mark Williams 3 - 1 John Higgins (1999, 2000, 2018) - (2011)
    - Ronnie O'Sullivan 5 - 0 Mark Williams (2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2020) - (NA)
The statistics shown in the video correspond to the date of the match.
Cesar Muroya created a unique editing technique to extract the essence of the game without losing the drama involved. Contextual information is also an innovation appreciated by viewers.
This format is not intended to substitute the full version but rather to make snooker more accessible to new fans. The fluency and atmosphere of the game stay in a shorter length video, allowing even experienced fans to enjoy snooker at any time.

Another great watch - thanks Cesar! Must've been hell of a match all throughout, especially since Williams is also one of my true favourites. Someone said this match was higher standard than the one a few weeks ago, but to be honest, to me it looks very similar, based on these frames - i imagine there was a few lacklustre ones too. When these commentators describe a sports person as a genius I do wish they would add the name of their sport in front of the word, Messi is a football genius for sure but to say he is a genius and leave it at that is wrong to say the least and the same here with Ronnie O'Sullivan he is without a shadow of a doubt a snooker genius but in the other context I think not !!

A free ball only comes into a play when a player fouls and leaves the white in a place such that the player coming to the table can't see both sides of the object ball. The important part being that it has to be a foul, otherwise it's just a snooker.
