A few aspects can also be added in criticism
Like - This theory ignores political set ups , rights enjoyed by the citizens in that country.
Ex- Arab countries are economically in well positions but can we call those nations moderanised??
Gender perspective - Condition of women and children have ignored while measuring modernization.
Availablity of certain rights to citizens
Availability of conditions to achieve full potential of human life.
These could be basis of criticism
