Def Leppard has always been one of my favorite bands because their music is awesome. But the best thing about them is that the drummer lost his arm and they figured out a way to keep him in the band. That is true rock and roll brotherhood. Rock on!
Uhh No RICK figured out a way to STAY I'm the band Sav even said it would be unfair of them to deny Him his right to try,but He put in years of rehab and practice as well as being a pioneer of electronic drums.
He also kept his severed arm in his freezer until it started to decompose then he had it taxidermied and displayed on his fireplace.
I was always impressed with that

I was just thinking if anything, it proves that the show is “staged”. I’m sure the show’s producers went through it with the people in the background to just act as if nothing’s happening otherwise everybody would want to meet Phil and Joe if they just randomly walked in.

I think if she really wanted the best price, she should've sold it at Auction. She knew the provenance (who sprayed it etc, and who it was for). It was in mint condition also. All that's needed was a large Rock n Roll Memorabilia Auction (yes they happen) and she might have doubled that take for the instrument.
I'll bet the pawn shop put it on sale for at least $12,000 ! 🤔
I worked at Germain Arena in Estero, Florida from 2006-2008. Def Leppard played a show there. I told my coworkers that I had to hear "Foolin'" before I did any work. That was Song #3 of their set. I was happy to hear it in person and my coworkers were happy that I was going to get to work after the song concluded.
I LOVE at 3:10 where you can tell everyone was asked to "just act normal like you are shopping" and yet when Phil started shredding they ALL had to turn their heads like "WHAT THE F%$K!!" LOL Phil is the real deal!!! As big as he is, still underrated as a player.
Best i can do is 2 rolls of paper towels and a napkin.

Hmmm could she have went to a guitar store and bought it in 2010? That's when they were made. Could also be that her ex was a big def lepp/ jackson guitar fan boy who either died or got the short end of the divorce stick. OR.... it could be that PS was making an all-rock star show (which they were), found out Def Lepp were going to be in town and tracked down the owner of one of these guitars, who didn't want to be on TV so he said "Hey honey..wanna be on Pawn Stars?"

You did hear the guitar is worth up to 12k? So yea, not a great deal. There is no great deal for sellers in pawn shop.

I was a back stage visitor in johnson city Tn in around 1990-91 with def leppard for their concert. Wild and crazy awesome night. Phil looks about the same as he did back then. Awesome guitar 🎸
Phil Collens and Rick got along famously, he caught the guitar himself, it has Phil's name engraved on it, Phil's guitar playing sounded so fun
This is one of my all time favorite scenes.
Now that he played it, the guitar tripled in value.
