- Onion with butter is warmed on the tawa at starting then Jeera is added followed by mashed potato and tomato. later followed by boiled green peas.
Masala is put as Salt, Dhaniya powder, PavBhaji Masala, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder lastly Corainder.
With some amount of water the whole mixture is mixed properly.
Pav Bhaji is served in a plate with Butter topped on it along with Green Coriander,
Awesome Taste, Famous Pav Bhaji in Mumbai.
Daily Serving Minimum 1000 Plates. With People waiting in queue to get their tables allotted.

after watching like 20 of this channels videos, guess what I looked up. list of countries for butter consumtion. and unsuprising India is top no1, and that is 3 times more than the closest... man so much butter...
Pav bhaji as a dish, drinks a lot of butter. And then there's Dal Makhni which is a lentil preparation in butter. Both these dishes are crazy popular in India so that amounts for much of butter consumption.

Pav Bhaji was made to feed hungry hard working mill workers. This was one of the source of energy for them .Thats the only reason it's that heavy in carbs.Please don't disrespect the food.You can definitely try it once. I'm sure you'll like it :)

It's was our weekend spot, this place is open till mid night, we wait in que for 30-45 mins, Pav bhaji taste is awesome then we go for long drive , but they shd maintain hygiene even children eats.

This pav bhaji is worst pav bhaji first you have to stand and wait for 1 hour than,the pav bhaji which only has butter which is a good part but,it doesn't taste how it looks, it is like khada pav bhaji vegetables are not smash properly,and within 5 min pav bhaji thanda ho jata hai , maza bhi nahi ata and current rate is 140 per plate including gst,ise acha ghar me bana kar khaye vo chale ga, taste bhi acha ayega butter to ghar me bhi daal sakte hai
