Talking of Snetterton, you just reminded me of when I took my GS to a 'track day' (primarily road safety shizzle) at Donnington. I'd just put on a new set of Heidenau K60 Scouts and got the scrubbed in before I got there. Great fun Whizzing 'round the track when we were let loose! I found the GS fast and nimble enough, the only limitation was myself (not the fastest on 2 wheels!).
I really enjoyed the two parts of your Norfolk adventure. I worked in Thetford for some time, staying in nearby Bury St Edmunds; beautiful part of the UK.

Hi TMF watched your recent Scotland tour and enjoying it very much so now I am watching your play list of other routes, anyway I was watching your Southwold loop and when you were talking about the beach huts as you turned around at the end of the car park I always remember being at that precise point in my car when I heard on the radio that Ayrton Senna had died. And now of course you mentioned in this loop of Norfolk he lived in Attlebough you can imagine my surprise. By the way i live in Norfolk.
yep some of my favorite biking roads in my home county well nearlyl its suffolk actually. Hamspamjamlamb is right A1120 is great , really enjoying all the vid footage and commentary thanks.
I live in Watton (although I'd like to point out I'm from Yorkshire!) and your description was quite accurate... ;) The Triumph dealer is a good 'un though, bought my Scrambler and my Tiger Explorer from there. Another good route, I really must buy that book! Ride safe :)
If you're ever down in Suffolk give the A1120 a go! Starts in Yoxford, runs for a good while and continues through Stowmarket as the A1308 and finishes, in my opinion, just the other side at an Aprilia dealer called Mototechnicks! Hell, if you give me some notice I might even go with you haha!
harleyman5521 Yeah, bit lacking in the mountainous scenery front for my taste but some nice twisty roads none-the-less (and the forested part - see part 2 soon - is lovely)....thanks for watching as ever :0)

I have loaded routes in the past (from websites and so on) but I'm blowed if I can work out how to get the Nav 5 to follow them, I end up just going from waypoint to waypoint and having to stop when I reach each one and selecting the next (a right pain!). So now I tend to write the route down and then use the Nav 5 to take me to key points along it.....
