lot of people also eat Palao too beside Biryani (Biryani is mostly a dish popular in South and Central Pakistan, Karachi best known and than Lahore on the top list of Pakistani cities of Biryani lovers.). How about introducing Palao from KPK province with Kishmish and carrot slices over Palao. Thin carrot slices is cooked made sweet and than with kishmish sprinkled over the palao. Generous amount of cooked lamb meat pieces is also part of this Palao. This Palao is eaten with other beef meat ball dish called "Kufta" with also contain gravy in it too. Plus at the end with lemon grass Peshawari tea a sort of green tea. This "Chai" is sweetened with sugar or taken without sugar, depending on your personal taste. This Palao is also know as Kabuli Palao and is not spicy as a Biryani.
