I am a 3 time cancer survivor myself.
(Fighting since 2009). Once in remission, it's something that always hangs over your head and wonder when (if) it will come back.
I always pulled for Jimmy D. And thought of him through his cancer battle as I was going through mine. My wife and I was sad when he retired, but now are heartbroken.
Rest in peace Jim Donavan, you are already missed. Classy Guy.

Jay...I was at that Rose Bowl game...was a great game to watch and be there...I now have another reason why it is a better game then I knew..I watched Ch 3 news to see the interaction between Jimmy and Betsy..the humor was at such a great level...to you two I wish all the best in this difficult time.

I loved to hear Jimmy’s game recaps after he would lay into the Browns after they botched the game yet again. He never held back and it was always so honest and professional. Condolences to his family.
