32:15 It is amazing that 15 years after this event there is now a whole new generation of people asking what was Billy Kopp thinking thanks to Zgrywuss!
The best was when Stu ungar came out of nowhere he was penniless and he got his act together briefly and won the world series of poker as a former champion he was living in a fleabag motel in Las Vegas on drugs people helped him and he won again the 80s were the best part of poker buddy you must be too young to remember Stu Unger
@@edwardhalmarack7122 Questionable, but not terrible. But this close to the final table of the main event and all that comes with it you gotta fold when Moon raises on the turn it's not a $5 online donkament. Moons check raise is questionable too though, is he that confident in his hand? A bunch of stuff beats him on that paired board. I think I recall Kopp possibly saying he was turning his hand into a bluff which is wild because Moon was fairly committed at that point Kopp would have to think. I think Kopp was stunned he lost the hand not that he was caught "bluffing" though, but who knows. Both played it badly after the turn IMO. But hey congrats Moon.
His range when raising the turn is way stronger than kopps hand. Like the only thing kopp is beating is Ad2 ,K w 10d, maybe 9 w8d. Moon might call w the Ad2. Bad shove.
That was a horrible shove... after Moon check raised 6m, I think I fold the 3-5 flush... Because of Moon's chip stack and the bet he is going to make on the river...
I really think he thought it was a bluff. Flush over flush is a rare situation. Think about this: When the board pairs on the turn, why does Moon raise there? If he has a flush he has to be worried about the board pairing, and if he has a boat, why raise here? I know Moon doesn't want another diamond coming off, but he called so quickly he was prepared to do so no matter what anyway.
I wish they weren't destroying the game. First, the sale of the WSOP by Binion's, then the November Nine; now they're putting it behind paywalls. They didn't learn from what they did to boxing.
He passed away? He was very memorable. I remember watching this when it aired and he controlled the game frok 27 on really well. Never was in danger really

thanks for the upload.
Moon was so lucky omg
the moon man
I feel the best years of WSOP were from 2002 - 2009, maybe 2010. After that from there on out I felt like it just got crazy and wasn’t the same.
All the online players ruined it with their 0 personality.
You don’t like watching nerdy math geniuses take 20 min per decision? 🧐🤣
Love Vegas
Knowing you're a millionaire, what a feeling
This is awesome! Could you also do 2010,2011,2012,2013? I feel like 2009-2013 were the best years of the WSOP main.

@@SteveAustin-jp3evbro stfu. The 80’s were not the best days of poker. There was a poker boom in the 2000’s. That was when it was the best.

What a blow up billy kopp ... wonder what billy thinking still 🤔
Strange play from kopp, once he raises that turn and he has a baby flush on a paired board..: at this stage in the tournament too. Why shove
The raise pre is terrible. Hes shoving to get value from a 2 or protect against one diamond hands.

only hand to be worried about for a full hosue is pocket kings. @@colintimp1372
Can’t help but wonder if Ivey didn’t muck the winner if he finds more momentum and goes in with more chips
Premier the next episode 😂 that would be funny
0 respect given to moons raises that's why he kept doubling. Weird because he was never out of line once.
The 53 flush was so strange. He should have pot controlled check turn and call river bet
