Great performance! The most important thing to me is that this amazing music keeps on being alive! Don´t mind who the hell is in the band but those two remaining veterans do a great job here. I turned 60 this year and I can´t play the guitar anymore the way I used to do maybe 10 or 20 years earlier in my life. That´s the way things go!
TYA - z ich Im going home - jajku to był szał. ALVIN po zapowiedzi dosłownie wymiatał na gitarze - dokładnie tak jak powiedział ...helikopter. I ten Jego głos - w wydaniu z festiwalu w Woodstok - w którym "rozciągnął" ten utwór prawie 2x - był GENIALNY. A co do tego utworu - co oczywiste biegał mi po głowie - ale niedawno znów odkryłem że jest TYA. Mi pozostaje stara płytka - singiel - z Woodstokowym nagraniem...minęło nieco czasu - raptem nieco ponad 50 - a ono dalej porywa - szczególnie zremasterowane i włączone na dobrym sprzęcie.
Vor 50 Jaren in Frankfurt am Main in der alten Formation gesehen, vor 4 Tagen in Aschaffenburg im "Colos-Saal": immer noch der alte Spirit! Der junge Gitarrist Marcus Bonvanti und der "neue" Bassist Colin Hodkinson haben diesen Geist aufgegriffen; die beiden Oldies Rick Lee und Chick Churchil haben ihn bewahrt. Absolut geiler live-gig.

Dann müsste man so über praktisch jede Band denken. Ich habe Ten Years After auch ein paar mal in original Besetzung gesehen. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass auch Joe Gooch die Sache sehr gut gemacht hat und auch Bonfanti macht seinen Job sehr ordentlich
