I don't think she actually speaks English very well. Tons and tons of Japanese people have huge trouble with it
Because she's Japanese and she's also new to the game. Language barrier and not enough knowledge about the game to talk about, and she's using the Japanese interface for Dota so items and all other stuff might be different
