Sir, ek question hai... Employers 40,000/- + GST 9999= 49999/- ek laptop kharida. And wohi laptop employers employee ko gift kar deti hai.... Toh kya ye supply gst ki supply k definition ko hit karega. Sir shedule 3 employees ki service ko negative list m dal rakkha hai it means na ye supply of goods h na service hai. Kyuki schedule 3 jo v transaction hoga wo toh gst ki definition se hi bahar hai. Then fir kya employers ko input reversal karna padega. ?
50000 se kam wale pe gst nahi hoga, kayi baar ITC mil bhi jata hai, Aur recipient 5000 se upper ka gift le raha ho toh uspe gst ho sakta hai Jaise schedule 1 me hai

I used to love your videos but...I hate it when teachers stop teaching one topic in between. There is no video of GST after day 9. This is disheartening and misleading for students like us. We started following you from the start. Now, where should we go? We will have to start following some other teacher from the start... uncertain of him or her giving up in between just like you. Such a waste of time and energy!!! Disappointed!!!!
