The best advice I received is "Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say out loud to someone else". That has helped me recognize when I am not being kind to myself.

Emily, I’m officially an old lady so take this in perspective. You are so full of life and bubbly. You obviously don’t see the cute girl I watch on TH-cam. I admit I had many of the same insecurities back in the day. The beauty of age is, who cares. I’m still walking and enjoying the wonder of life and really, that’s enough. One day you’ll look back and roll your eyes, really, what was I thinking.

Highly recommend the "Sleepy girl mocktail"! I struggle with insomnia, and it knocks me out. There is no drowsiness in the morning, and it keeps me asleep. I freeze my cherry juice into cute shaped ice cubes and mix the magnesi-om from moon juice with watermelon lime culture pop probiotic soda and drop the cherry ice cubes in there in a wine glass at night. Perfect addition to a night routine. 🥰

I definitely was in Magic Kingdom this day too and the tornado winds were wild! And the rain 😅 coming from California I was not used to that type of weather but it was still such a fun day

I loved your chat at the beginning of the video!!!!! Don’t compare yourself, mindless consumption, goals with no expiration. Fountain! I want to be a fountain! I am 34 and have come to realize that goals especially are not linear. My goal was to get my own place. It took years. Did I achieve it? Yes. I want to travel. I have to save and then I can travel. I want to buy a home. Well. Save and then I can buy. Not linear. No dates attached. My “ins” this year are: health, travel, happiness, possibly a kitten, make a friend, get a better job for financial security. “Outs”: self loathing, sadness, and all negative energy

Hey Emily! I have quite a few In’s for me this 2024. One of them I have in mind the most for me is putting my phone down and focusing on my real surroundings, especially being around my family and friends. I’ve spent so much time on my phone and I’m in my near mid-30’s but I definitely wanna work on getting off social media more and get back to reality more. Thanks for inspiring me to do these myself.
