      Thanks! It's always a bit of a gamble getting one of those clusters that are encased in that cement-like clay, but the roses that can be buried under the clay are pristine with no damage and can be very nice. Thanks again!!

    Man those are beautiful , and I love that cluster , so pretty . Brother Joe I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving . and awesome video I really need to get to Lak Stanley at some point Oklahoma has some amazing rockhounding spots.

    I love the single roses but that cluster was fantastic! I hope I can visit that area someday and collect my own cluster 😊

      Thank you!! that cluster was a lot of work to get it cleaned up...I brought it back on a hunch that it would clean up well, and I'm so glad I did! Hope you are doing well today!! :)

    I watched some video a while back about how these formed and I can't remember exactly but there were different chemicals present when the barite formed here and stunted the growth of the barite giving the crystals the distinct rose shapes. The barite in my area looks way different! When you compare the two you can totally see what the video was talking about. Sorry I can't remember the details lol

      Yeah, I noticed in some of your videos on how different the barite looks, and also how large some of the blades of barite are in your area. Truly amazing stuff!
