Same thing happened in Skypeai with Enel smiting people with lightning only for them to survive. So it’s more of a one piece issue then an Alabasta issue.
I really liked the arc where the straw hats landed on a marine island. I think its a filler arc and I think it happened after Skypia, but it was a really good arc
XzVk ، idk why people hate it so much like we got gear 4 tank man and snake man we got to see big mom powers we also got to see katakuri and all big mom children’s and we also saw germa 66 powers
1. Impel Down - having a unique location while reincorporating characters from the past 2. Marineford - some of the best moments of the series and my favorite character whitebeard 3. Arlong Park - when i fell in love with the series. first time i cried while watching one piece 4. Water 7 / Enies Lobby - some of the best fights: Luffy vs Lucci and Luffy vs Usopp 5. Skypeia - best world-building. one of the best backstories with noland. one of the best villains with Eneru
Arlong Park is by far one of the best arcs in anime history in my opinion. I think it's one of the few times One Piece integrated more dark-adult themes, especially with Bellemere's sacrifice and Arlong's pure greed and evilness, and exploiting of a little girl. It was one of the few times I felt really sentimental.
99% of One Piece backstories are « adult » themed. Corazon, Senor Pink, Fisher Tiger, Hiluluk, Germa 66, Noland Montblanc... most of these shouldn't be shown to kids. At least people under 13 wouldn't grasp their whole meaning (even under 18 sometimes)
Yes, Enies Lobby was by far the best. It has the best fights and it was long. Marineford was also good but I think it's only because a lot of big names came out.
1.Water seven/Enis Loby. Its where typical shonen fans started to love one piece because of the fights which set standards that Oda has yet to surpass. Plus there is so many memorable moments and the betray of the cp9 was a suprise. 2.Skypiea:the most Adventure-ish arc of the serie. Enel was amazing but so was the introduction of blackbeard and bellamy. And when Luffy rang that bell!! 3.Marineford saga:first major payoff for the whole serie. Awesome twist. Impel down was amazing too. 4.Alabasta:the first saga in the serie and the first time the enemies were sort off overwelming for the strawhats 5.Arlong Park:when Oda stepped up his game. Honorable mention to davy back fight. The most underated arc of the serie for being a fun breather after the events of alabasta. WcI is great so far but i wont rank it until its done.
Water 7/Enies Lobby best moments: -epic fight scenes -gear 2nd and 3rd -Declaring war against the Government -betrayal of the CP9 -Sogeking -their bounties
My second favorite is Fight Together from the flashback of their childhood with Sabo. I didn't like the flashback that much (Just not a fan of prequels and flashbacks for some reason), but I had to fight off the urge to cry like a little girl whenever I watched it.
am i the only one who really loves skypea? when i was a kid that was the moment the show stopped on tv and i thought it was the end of the story and was fine with it because it was so beautifully written and finished
i don't mind skypea! but skypea and long ring long land arcs are the worst time for one piece! or when one piece was on its lowest point of writing tbh!
the epicness of Water7/enies lobby will never be topped. The whole darkness and sadness of water 7, the fear of loosing ussop, robin, the whole "strawhats are REALLY weak" theme. Ending up with an awesome raid in enies lobby, recovering robin, declaring war on the world, robin getting her revenge on the shitty dude, Gear 2nd,gear 3rd, asura, diable, monster point.. Nothing will ever triumph those 2 arcs combined together. One piece is simply not that dark anymore, Luffy and the crew are too powerfull for the audience to be "Scared" anymore, as well as the humor is not there cus we're reaching the end game now.
@@akhsdenlew1861 I'm currently watching episode 245(water 7 arc) lol I didn't read your whole reply because I've not seen the whole arc yet but I do agree water 7 is amazing
Enies Lobby isnt really long...About 50 chapters for the raid + fights + escape. If you mean Water 7 + Enies lobby for the CP9 Saga, then maybe...but I think Dressrosa was still longer than the 2 combined.
Dressrosa Arc was longer. Dressrosa Arc should of split into two arcs. The Colosseum Part and Doflamingo Family Part should have taken place on different islands/arcs to fix the pacing issues.
@goldenegg agree, I hated it took like 3-4 episodes for luffy to climb back up giant jack. Took like 5 episodes for luffy to get out of the snakes mouth.
Enies Lobby ended with death of Merry...you know the moment when you think the train wreck of the feels is over and then this happened. Enies Lobby will be up to this day the biggest train wreck of feels
Can I just say how glad I am to see Zou getting the respect it deserves?!? Soooo good and super compact for how much meat was in it. The introduction of the Road Ponyglyph? Amazing, it was like watching the Goonies again for me with what a fantastic sense of adventure was built in that revelation. And the humor was some of the best in the entire series, the best of any single arc imo.
Yeah, I really loved Zou. It put in a lot of work and it was great fun at the same time. Plus it didn't follow the typical arc structure of OP and was just nice and fresh. Brilliant little arc that doesn't get anywhere near the love it deserves.
1) Impel Down - Honestly prefer this over Marineford. Even though Marineford as epic as it was, Impel Down was one arc where I saw our boy fight beyond his limits to the point where he almost died. Marineford comes a close 2nd for me 2) Marineford - As mentioned above 3) Whole Cake Island - I mean WHOA!!! It reads well and I haven't seen any bad chapters. Great antagonists, brilliant storyline, and it's approaching an amazing climax 4) Water 7/Enies Lobby - I love this entire arc as a whole. The conflict, the build up, everything. I mean it was solid gold from the start. The reason why it's 4th is because of my bias love towards Whole Cake Island 5) Alabasta - I have only one sentence for this arc. Crocodile is one of my favourite villains and he deserves massive props from start to finish 6) Arlong Pirates - I agree with all the reasons you've listed but I prefer Impel Down and Whole Cake so much more than this 7) Zou - We actually got a proper world building arc. This only had world building and a bit of fun. I don't think there is any canon arc where the main focus was world building apart from Sabaody. I wanted to put this in my top 5, but couldn't. 8) Sabaody
Marineford was like the starting point of my one piece addiction. I remembered I wasn't into one piece because of its animation but then my cousin showed me the death of ace and I was like luffy has a brother! and now he's dead! That's how I started to watch one piece and I did not regret it
@@ohyeahyeah2151 lol I read most of the Whole cake island arc in the manga. That's what made me realize the anime is ass now. But Wano has me watching again for now
Still catching up in Reverie before Wano Arc. My top 5 would be: 1. Water 7/Enies Lobby ( Strawhats declaration of war to the world government as we learn how despicable they are through Robin's tragic backstory, Robin finally wanting to live. Luffy vs Lucci still the best fight in One Piece ever. Epic and roller-coaster of emotions) 2. Summit War (Sabaody - Marineford, personally count the Saga as a whole. Build up and hype executed to perfection. Best war arc in anime ever) 3. Arlong Park (I have a soft spot for this earlier Arc. Got hooked into One Piece right here. Got so hyped when Usopp took down one of Arlong's top fishman. Amazing pay off in the end. Nami became one of my favourite characters in One Piece after seeing her backstory. "Blood makes you related, Love makes you Family". ) 4. Return to Sabaody - Fishmen Island (Again count that as a whole Arc, Personally the most underrated Arc imo despite alot of hate in the fandom. Strawhats epic return being stronger than ever, tackles many interesting themes for eg. racism and discrimination. Hody Jones may not be the most exciting or thrilling antagonist in One Piece. But he's the epitome of an actual racist person in real life "just for the sake of it" without any justification or logical reasoning. The fact you can find a person like that in real life is very unsettling. 5. Tough choice, either Dressrosa or Whole Cake Island. --- Take on other arcs--- Alabasta would a runner up at 7, solid arc. Crocodile my fav top 5 Antagonists alongside Akainu, Katakuri, Doflamingo and Lucci Thriller bark redeemed itself of being a bad arc only because of "Nothing Happened" and Brook imo. Carried alot. Gecko Moria was a very annoying antagonist. Jaya/Skypiea, only liked the history of the Noland with Skypiea, very emotional and before they entered Skypiea. Luffy interaction with Blackbeard and Bellamy was nice. Enel was a very boring and uninteresting antagonist. Only his devil fruit was cool. Zou was a nice build up arc in a way. Minks are very interesting and cool as getting to know their history and abilities. Jack's "Mythical Devil Fruit" Elephant form is kinda lame and him as an antagonist. Punk Hazard, while being a great build up to Dressrosa. It was very boring arc overall. Worst arc in One Piece after Foxy Pirates arc. Law , Smoker and Vergo fight was cool. Caesar uninteresting villain but grew on me only as a character afterwards in Dressrosa being comic relief in a way. Foxy Pirate Arc, felt like a filler or should've been an OVA. Annoying and boring. No connection to the story whatsoever. Worst arc for sure.
I absolutely loved the team build up too. The running gags were crazy funny, And how buggy and mr 3 got separated from luffy and their ultimate survival when they were on those stilts lol. Magellan is one of my favorite antogonists because he literally represents the strong arm/common sense of the law, with his dialogue towards luffy and his will to keep the prisoners locked up.
Really really good arc. I have it 4th on my list. There’s nothing wrong with it for me, just I like 3 others water 7/Enies lobby, Marineford, and 1st Saboady a bit more. But impel down is really good and highly underrated
1. Marineford - Nothing needs to be explained. 2. Enies Lobby - Fantastic arc and contains one of the greatest fights in anime. 3. Arlong Park - Fell in love with One Piece. 4. Sabaody - I really liked how it showed the sheer gulf in class between the Straw Hats and the power of an Admiral. Really important arc. 5. Dressrosa - Doflamingo is my fave character xD
My top 5 so far: 1) Alabasta: It's when I fell in love with the series, great setting, great mystery, great fights. I especially like the fact that they had two missions, to stop the war and to stop crocodile and they pulled it off! 2) Water 7/Enies lobby: It has a great setting and a lot of fun moments, aswell as a lot of great fights. The train ride to Enies lobby is amazing! It has luffy vs usopp and also luffy vs lucci which are amazing fights in their own way. 3) Skypeia: it was a lot of good World building, with an ultimatum type of feeling when the island was gonna get destroyed. One of the best flashbacks with norland. I loved Enel, I thought he was a great villain. Also we see one of my favourite side characters : wiper. 4) Impel down: although it was a build up arc for marineford, I thought it had a lot of fun light-hearted moments aswell as a lot of great character development and great idea, underwater prison, I loved buggy of course ! All in all, great arc 5) Zou: although it is quite short, it is a great arc. It has introduces the whole cake island arc with sanji being gone and it also introduces us to great characters. It is also an important step for Robin in terms of poneglyphs, it is just great. (sorry for not putting marineford, I know everyone loves it but for me it is in 6th place)
@@EB-nn8wx i really love how they handled Ace character because in the manga he left after fighting smoker so his introduction was somewhat pointless because we barely got to see him interact with Luffy
For me the alabasta arc will always be my favorite, the setting, the battles, and the final fight was amazing especially when the new world symphony play while defeating crocodile
For me, Marineford stands as one of my top 5 favorite arcs. A VEEEEEEERY close second, I might add. But for me, the best goes to Dressrosa. The kingdom, its people, the underlying mystery behind Dressrosa's "perfect" image, the villain in Doflamingo, Luffy's reunion with Sabo; so many great moments. But the three best ones go to the Gladiator Tournament, Ussop becoming God Ussop and Luffy's reunion with Sabo
I just watched episode 703, and honestly, Dressrosa is for me the best arc in One Piece so far. It did have some annoying parts, like the colosseum part, but the story is so intricate and awesome, I think it's worth to be on the list. Also it presented us to law's past, and showed his suffering while he was a child, and I think this is one of the best parts of the arc. Also, it was the first arc where Sabo appeared as an adult. So far, the best arc for me.
Top 3 arcs: 1) _Impel Down_ - I really love when luffy gaining comedian or comrade every level. - Every level has different kind of danger and how they always fight or run to survive is also fun to watch. - The escape of Luffy with most of prisoners from level 1 to level 6. - *BON CLAY* 2) _Water 7/ Enies Lobby_ - Blueno to Robin: "CP9" - Tom - Sanji sneaking inside the sea train - Luffy vs Usopp - Strawhats vs CP9 - Going Merry - Robin and Usopp are back in the crew - New nakama, Franky & Sunny 3) _Skypiea_ - Jaya-Upper Yard connection - Noland and Calgara - Enel's game of survival - Luffy luckily the only one to face Enel - Golden Bell Worst arc - Punk Hazard (even though it started to introduce wano)
Marineford was SO good that even my dad stopped and sat down and watched it with me. And to this day years later he still asks me “what’s going with that guy that was trying to save his brother?” Definitely my top pic! I also have a soft spot for Alabasta, I decided to go back to watching one piece because of it. I wholeheartedly agree with every single pick!
Hisoka Morrow dude its only a list of personnal favorites , every youtuber does that at some point XD I could start youtube with a video like that , seriously.
loguetown arc also deserves special mention. The clash between smoker and luffy made me think how strong opponents will be in the grand line. I was afraid for the crew's future while reading the arc. Thinking that luffy couldn't land a hit to smoker made me worry how they could survive the future strong villains. For me, it was a hype before facing crocodile. That's why during alasbasta arc, I really couldn't imagine how could they defeat crocodile. Not to mention the mystery about Dragon that time. :)
Also, Dragon! Smoker got us ready for tough times in the Grand Line, but the really terrifying aspect is the chance of running into a beast like Dragon or Mihawk at any given point!
I loved the Summit War. For some reason I liked Dressrosa more. Yeah, it was long but it kept me invested the whole time with the exception of when Rebecca suddenly went from badass shield maiden to blubbering daddy's girl damsel in distress. A LOT of storylines built up to this and we got to see three separate flashbacks that all built on characters we had come to feel deep feelings for, the most notable being Law. I loved him more than ever after that (although I was disappointed we never saw him fix his illness). It felt so good to finally see Doflamingo taken down, especially after seeing how he destroyed even more lives than we ever imagined. And, let's not forget, it gave rise to Usopp literally being considered a deity with one of the most hilarious victories of the whole series. AND THEY DID IT TWICE.
Okay guys we just arrived in zou, thanks for king of the pirates for giving us the poneglyph play language, im very very thankful, i got a note from him saying,"congrats on your 19th year anniversary and aswell reaching 9 crew members"
i just dicovered this channel so late comment here but for me : 5. Arlong/Whole Cake Island : Can't choose between these 2, so different but at the same time soo good. WCI has really the best universe and blend of genra in One Piece, while Arlong is the arc when One Piece really skyrocketed as one of the best shonen here. 4. Jaya/Skypiea (i consider them the same arc) : this adventure on a sky Island with the flashback of Norland and Calgara and the story of the Golden Bell is just so well done and so wonderful. 3. Sabaody Archipelago : in a very short arc, succeeding to put so much new hype characters and some of the most epic moments of the show is incredible. Plus the final was a real turn in the story. 2. Marineford : the most epic war of shonen for sure, the final speech of Whitebeard is to this day of the greatest moment of One Piece. 1. Water 7/Enies Lobby : The perfection in term of storytelling. all the subplots coming together to form that incredible arc, with countless funny, epic and emotionnal moments, just no words for that.
I completely agree with this list. I still get chills when I see Luffy gives Nami his hat and them him and the boys walk to along park. It is epic and it is a slept on arc.
Finally someone with some love for Thriller bark. It had probably the most of the badass fights in any arc: the best for me were Strawhat crew vs Oz and Zoro vs Kuma.
In no particular order: 1. Water7 - Luffy vs. Captain Usopp, Frank introduction, and CP9 introduction 2. Enies Lobby - CP9/Rob Lucchi, Luffy speech and stand against the government, and Sogeking 3. Impel Down - No filler tons of action and backstory. Wish we had more arcs like this. 4. Marine Ford - obvious epic arc and most likely on everyone's list 5. Thriller Bark - Hilarious the whole way through(example: Usopp depression immune)
Great list! Granted, I skipped the first bit as I'm fresh off the heels of Dressrosa and haven't yet reached Zou. I binged the series up to the end of Thriller Bark a year ago and quit from burnout. Been binging for a couple weeks now. For me, my favorite arcs tend to be defined by a couple key factors, those being... the location it's at, the history behind the place it's at, and whether each Straw Hat plays a major role in a fight. My top five are the following... 5. Skypeia - Just a marvelous amount of world building and epic fights that make it hard to beat. 4. Arlong Park - This tops out due to having a more memorable villain and heart wrenching tale about one of my favorite characters. 3. Dressrosa - There is a recency bias potentially at play, but wins out due to sheer world building combined with epic fights and heart wrenching-ness. 2. Enies Lobby - What can be said other than epic location, history, and fights. This arc wins out due to it having a better spread of good Straw Hat fights. 1. Alabasta - Just an amazing arc filled with a rich location, history, and fights. It beats out Enies because I find Alabasta to be a more interesting location.
1. Enies Lobby ( I watched anime) - I have never been excited about what is yet to come. Powerful villains in form of CP9, the fact that Straw Hats are invading a marine Stronghold, Luffy beating up thousand marines, non stop action, be it getting through gates or proceeding to second stage where Straw Hats beat CP9 members. Every single character had their place in this big setting planned out and was used in satisfactory way. This arc comes right after one of most depressing and dark arcs in the story - Water 7. I just have got to love how the atmosphere changes between these two arcs from downfall, trickery and Straw Hats losing their members in a gloomy, rainy night setting to heroic, triumphant day on the island without a night. I have cried so much when I realized that Merry is the one coming to save Straw Hats from Buster Call. One last reunion just before Merry's end. I knew before watching that this arc was viewed as one of the best arcs in the story. I remember this excitement I had, waiting for this damn train to finally arrive and storm the fortress. As opposed to MarineFord I was not disappointed. 2. Impel Down (I watched anime and later One Pace version) - I thoroughly enjoyed this arc. Perhaps I did not have high expectations for it due to the fact that I just wanted to quickly finish it before hitting the great finale arc of Paradise - MarineFord. I like the fact how different this arc is from the rest. We just follow a single Straw Hat - Luffy. Later we get to see more familiar characters - what a nice reunion and good way to bring them back into the story. The animation was great - fluid and smooth while sacrificing some detail - I still think this is the route One Piece should take more frequently. Also Naotoshi Shida's scene at the end of Luffy vs Magellan might be one of his best works yet. 3. Marine Ford (unfortunately I watched anime - its ranking might change once One Pace version comes out) - perhaps my expectations were too high. I cannot disagree that this arc is very well handled and uses the most out of world building and wide cast of characters Oda has introduced throughout the story, because it does. I just did not like this arc as much as I thought I would. It is hard to say but I believe it might be because there were no definitive fights. Most of battles were in stalemate and we had almost no point of focus. All fights were handles like the first half of CP9 vs Straw Hats battles - we had switches between opponents, drawbacks such as handcuffs or just people holding back. However afterwards we had the finale of confrontation - Sanji vs Jabra, one on one with no interruptions. Zoro vs Kaku. Nami vs Kalifa, Luffy vs Lucci, Chopper vs Kumadori... etc. We were watching a single fight without distractions and were able to see how it ends. Marineford did not have that. The greatest and most exciting matchups were ending in stalemate and served as a mere background to Luffy's journey to execution platform. For me it was a lot of wasted potential this arc could have demonstrated. 4. Drum Island ( I watched anime version) - There is something magical and one of a kind in the setting of this arc. It is a great example of how much simpler and yet different One Piece was back in its beginning. The first parts of One Piece had reminded me that you do not need an extremely complex rich story to make it enjoyable and feel natural. It also shows how even the most promising rookies in this world can struggle with harsh natural disasters - something we do not see that often in the story. Luffy climbing the mountain - this scene was an extremele effective and simple example of Luffy's undying will to save his comrades. Carrying both Sanji and Nami at the same time while his fingers are bleeding due to frostbite and exhaustion.... with Luffy himself on edge of losing consciousness. Luffy rescuing Snow Rabbit - even after what these creatures did to him he had no resentment whatsover. The way this scene was handled is brilliant. It just shows how pure and forgiving Luffy can be. Hililuk's death - I swear to god, it might one of the best scenes in the series. Frankly it is not the event itself which makes it so good - it is the soundtrack. This and Crocodile's defeat were two scenes where real life classical scores were used - in this case it was Ave Maria. Beautiful and defining scene for this arc. 5. Thriller Bark (I watched One Pace version) - similar case to Impel Down - it is a great, battle oriented arc with interesting setting. I found a big enjoyment out of finale and the fact that all Straw Hats participated in their battle against Oars.
1- Ennies Lobby It had the best character arc so far for the most interesting character in the crew. Great pacing, with a real sense of urgency as Robin got closer and closer to Impel Down. The villain group was memorable and challenging, ALL fights were incredibly fun to watch, with Luffy x Lucci being the top fight in the series until Katakuri came in 2018. It’s sad that Robin got pushed to the backlines after that and never did anything meaningful ever since. 2- Marineford I love large scale battles, and seeing so many top tier players in 1 setting for 30+ chapters was glorious. The final lap of the arc was a rollercoaster of great action sequences and jaw dropping twists. 3- Whole Cake Island This is where the New World really began. We got a new Yonko for main antagonist, with maybe the best and most unique crew we ever saw in the series so far. Also, we got an interesting new roster of antiheroes, an unexpected but necessary deep character development for Sanji and, simply put, the best fight in the entire series so far (Luffy x Katakuri), despite the Deus Ex Machina at the end. 4- Alabasta This is when One Piece got me really hooked. The first real challenge for the protsgonists, with a memorable villain and coup d’etat plot. 5- Sabaody Archipelago Brief but impactful. Lots lf new antiheroes, Pacifistas, Rayleigh and a new Admiral wiping the floor left and right with pirates. The ending is really good in this one.
the arlong park arc is easily one of the greatest cause it's that arc that sold one piece to me, it showed that it can be serious when it needs to be. an imo it's the arc were one piece truly starts and every character arc that followed all were it's equal if not better. ennies lobby is at this moment my favorite one
The thing that really stopped me from enjoying most one piece arcs was the terrible pacing which is why arlong arc is still the best in my opinion because it didnt drag on
5) Arlong Arc This arc highlighted the chemistry of the crew and how deep their bond is, which is prevalent from Luffy giving Nami his straw hat to hold on to. In my opinion, this was the first serious One Piece arc. 4) Dressrosa The most aesthetically pleasing arc in my opinion. Not only that, but I feel like this arc was a real look into how chaotic the New World really is. I also love how the Straw Hats were all together during this time. Doflamingo is my favorite villain so far that we encountered. 3) Saboady Archipelago When the crew got separated, this was one of the most emotional moments in One Piece. Oda had a way of making not only Luffy feel hopeless, but us as well, because we did not know WHAT to make out of this situation. Luffy and the crew being smacked in the face by reality (Kizaru and Kuma) made them realize how weak they actually were. This was the first time we got to see an admiral in action. Also, the introduction of the Supernovas added so much depth to One Piece. 2) Marineford This arc is definitely the nod to the evolution of a new era in One Piece, the first time we really see MAJORITY of the heavy hitters in the series. It contained so much plot wise and a lot of events that happen now is influenced by the Marineford War. This is the glue of One Piece 1) Enies Lobby/Water 7 Arc One of the ONLY ARCS that highlighted every Straw Hat individually under one location. Every Straw Hat had an enemy to face and a milestone they reached from defeating them. I really want One Piece to keep that formula fr, because the character development for each character was through the ROOF. From Usopp getting kidnapped and fighting Luffy, Robin spontaneously going missing, and Chopper transforming into something we never seen before, this arc is definitely One Piece at its BEST! Don't @ me.
Gotta agree with the list. Altho the Marinford arc was also my favorite, I really thought Whitebeard was done no justice. We always heard about all of the might of WB, saw what he's capable of, with world breaking feats and in the end, he couldn't even avenge Ace. He lost to Akainu even after delivering two full powered punches at him that even managed to break reality and the whole island around them. I still remamber when I saw WB black figure appearing behind the Admiral, my hype went through the roof!! Even Akainu's face went super dark, knowing what he provoked was a much greater threat than he could handle. This feeling of pure undisputed power of the old world that was created troughout the series was utterly and completely shattered in the end with WB managing to do nothing at all. Complete let down. Akainu simply stood up five minutes later like it was nothing (seriously, not even one permament damage from he's fight with WB, no scars, no limb lost, no nothing!!) and even going as far as rejoining the battle at full power afterwards. WB was made no justice and he really didn't recieve the grand closure he deserved IMO. PS: the fact he was old didn't matter. He still had he's powers, he was still able to detroy Marineford and he was still a beast. And honestly, that was part of he's charm! The man that even at 72 years, on life support machines, was still considered a world destroying machine, the strongest pirate of old, that's what WB represented. He's full might after losing one of he's sons, should have been the end of anyone. That would have been the best tribute and salute to him.
My favourites 1- Ennies Lobby/Water 7; The "burn the flag" moment is still my favourite moment in One Piece because of how greatly it defines who the Straw Hats are (or at least who they are to me). 2- Whole Cake Island; It started a bit rough but it got better and ended up becoming one of my favourites. I love the last fight, I love the fact that they didn't fought Big Mom because of how absurdly powerfull she's supposed to be, I love the incredibly bittersweet ending (they got Sanji back but it cost them way too much -and the last moment between Sanji and Pudding was really heartbreaking), I love how they broke the formula... it was overall awesome. 3- Arlong Park; This was the first "real" battle for the Straw Hats. And the first time we kind of saw who Luffy actually was. 4- Arabasta; If Arlong Park was their first real battle this was the first moment in One Piece where the stakes got big. It dragged a lot in the middle, but the ending is incredibly epic and everyone got a moment to shine. 5- Impel Down; I didn't like Marineford that much because I didn't care that much about the parties involved in that battle. I can't care about a character just because you tell me he's the most important guy ever, so that's why I never really gave a fuck about Whitebeard. Not to say that the battle wasn't great, or that Ace dying wasn't sad, it trully was, but I just didn't care about half of that arc. But, on the other hand, Impel Down had Luffy teaming up with many past characters I already knew, and as an old time fan I loved meeting up again with the likes of Buggy or Bon Kure (and the friendship he and Luffy developed was awesome, it was really heartbreaking seeing him sacrifice for everyone in the end).
1)Enies Lobby Arc(Declaring War. Made me cry for a ship. Added new fighting abilities to character that had depth.) 2)Sabaody Archipelago Arc(One of the best arc that flip the script on main characters when it comes to helplessness.) 3)Water 7 Arc(This was the arc that made me view One Piece more seriously. This is the arc I always recommend to people who thinks that they can't take this show seriously.) 4)Marineford Arc (This is one of the arc that shows that the main character(Luffy) can hold a series for quite some time without most of his main cast. The new characters were strong enough to cover the missing characters.(Dressrosa Arc wasn't able to do this)) 5)Zou Arc(The best arc since the timeskip. Love the situations and scenarios. Great new characters.)
Just saying, I’m still at Punk Hazard so I haven’t caught up yet but so far: 1. Marineford It showed us the true might of an emperor and the true strengths of the strongest man in the world. This arc is what One Piece would look like without the humor. With all due respect the humor is what keeps me entertained with the series, but this arc was amazing because it was nonstop action, intensity and emotion. 2. Water 7/Ennis Lobby Similar to Marineford, this was an intense thriller arc. This arc made me care so much more for Robin, and was just great overall. The reveal of CP9 was actually shocking and not predictable, and it was just great. 3. Sabaody This arc meh in story, but what I really liked about it is how much it showed us the real strength of our characters, how weak they are compared to the top dogs. Kizaru’s entrance was legendary, and we really felt the Straw Hats’ emotion of defeat. It was the first time Luffy and everybody felt actual lost in a battle. 4. Alabasta This was to me the first arc that really made me scared. Crocodile was the first big deal guy the Straw Hats faced except for Mihawk. Vivi was a really well written character, and it really made me care about Alabasta. I like Alabasta because it had a good sense of humor, good action, sad moments, and it just had everything. 5. Skypiea Although there are some boring parts for this arc, this arc was just beautifully written and was like a fantasy story. It had great symbolism and is just a good story.
My top ten currently goes like this: 1. Enies Lobby - Personally, I feel this should be the top in any list just because it is the arc where it is truly about the main cast and they all play a central role. For me, this was the arc where One Piece really became my favorite series as well. It was a perfect blend of character development, plot development, and epic action interweaving to create some of the most satisfying moments of the series. 2. Whole Cake Island - This one is one of the few that is here mainly due to character stories rather than the overall plot. I might still put it in a top ten, but it would be lower on the list if not for the stories of both Pudding and, of course, Sanji. Plus, the overarching theme of toxic family environments, judging by appearances, and overcoming trauma really resonate. Also have to say, this arc has more of a "war" in it than Marineford, which is more like a major climactic battle in a war. 3. Marineford - I love this arc, but it is too much about other characters for me to really put it at the top and there really aren't any big character revelations either. The fact it is still this high for me is more a mark of how well it ties together so many different threads of the story in the first half and how effectively it transitions into the second half of the series. 4. Wano - As someone who follows the anime rather than the manga, I put this so high because even with just the battles and developments shown so far, it is already above most other arcs. Don't know if the next few months will move this up enough to actually go higher than Marineford. 5. Post-War - This is mostly about the flashback arc with Luffy, Ace, and Sabo. It gives us a lot of insight into what likely motivates the Monkey family as a whole and the story itself is just great. Also a great introduction to Sabo. 6. Amazon Lily - Okay, yeah, Boa Hancock is a pretty big part of why I rank this so high, but who can blame me? Her story background, her interactions with Luffy, and Luffy's interactions with her and the other women of Amazon Lily are all gold. Plus, how can I not include the arc where Luffy truly begins to show his Haki in epic fashion? 7. Dressrosa - So much about this was good that it is only so low because all the others are so high. Doflamingo also happens to have been my favorite villain for a long time now and I only felt even more strongly about that after this arc. 8. Sabaody - The first arc, not the second, and this is admittedly influenced heavily by Luffy's epic moment. Both in the build-up throughout the arc and the execution when he delivers that knock-out blow to Charlos, it is just one of those moments when Luffy makes you love him all over again. Kuma's reappearance and the drama of the Straw Hats being separated certainly gives it a bigger emotional punch as well, pun not intended. 9. Alabasta - I think the biggest mark I have against this arc that puts it down here, rather than higher, is that the battles kind of drag. However, this really is the moment when One Piece when from merely a good series in my mind to a great series. 10. Fishman Island - Really don't get the dissatisfaction with this arc. I know this was included in the "worst arcs" video and many put it down low in the rankings, but maybe part of the problem is too many people wanting something else from this arc and not getting it. My impression is that this arc was never about a particular antagonist and the fact they are not antagonists we previously knew about or who were previously built up is part of the point. The true antagonist of this arc is the hatred and mistrust that exists between humans and fishmen and, in that way, it is the culmination of various plot points built up in the first half and serves as a connection to plot points crucial to the second half. On some level, this arc really connects more deeply to the central themes of the series than any other arc as it is more a battle of competing wills and visions than a battle between characters.
i think enies lobby and water 7 arc (water 7 saga) is almost one! it is my favorite time reading tbh And i realy liked marineford but for me it is not a favorite arc. But i will say this are my favorite arcs with dressrosa!
1. Enies Lobby: Rob lucci’s fight and luffy’s gear second and third were honestly sick. 2. Marine Ford: Introduction to big names and some really cool fight scene, a very sad arc too since white beard and ace died 3. Thriller bark: the fight against oars and moria were pretty good. All of the straw hats helped in the fight, including brook. 4. Dressrosa. Pretty cool fights and most importantly, appearance of the mera mera no mi and sabo. 5. Alabasta . A pretty long arc, however didn’t find it boring. Baroque, crocodile, some pretty unexpected plot twists. And also not to forget nicole robin.
Alabasta was cool but it was irritating seeing people blown up and live...
The fake out deaths were bad i agree
God damn Pell you couldn't have just stayed dead
Same thing happened in Skypeai with Enel smiting people with lightning only for them to survive. So it’s more of a one piece issue then an Alabasta issue.
Yeah I mean I would be lying if I said I enjoyed alabaster more then dressrosa or any new one piece afc
tf, never thought you would watch one piece lol
I really liked the arc where the straw hats landed on a marine island. I think its a filler arc and I think it happened after Skypia, but it was a really good arc
Ah yeah, G8! That was legitimately enjoyable filler. Easily the best One Piece has produced.
I liked that one too😁
I skipped that filler arc cuz I was excited for water 7
Filler is filler, but at least the comedy was really good in that arc from what I remember.

4. dressrosa
5. impel down(even tho its a sub arc for marineford)
That’s definitely my list

XzVk ، ik I loved it
XzVk ، idk why people hate it so much like we got gear 4 tank man and snake man we got to see big mom powers we also got to see katakuri and all big mom children’s and we also saw germa 66 powers
I like this, would change 2. And 3. Tho
1. Impel Down - having a unique location while reincorporating characters from the past
2. Marineford - some of the best moments of the series and my favorite character whitebeard
3. Arlong Park - when i fell in love with the series. first time i cried while watching one piece
4. Water 7 / Enies Lobby - some of the best fights: Luffy vs Lucci and Luffy vs Usopp
5. Skypeia - best world-building. one of the best backstories with noland. one of the best villains with Eneru
I can't argue with any of that! Fantastic list there!
Finally a Skypiea lover
One Piece Masterpiece I know
thats right man!
I thought i was the only one (no. 3)
Marinford is the best arc to day but I.think wano will top this later
I'm hoping so! Wano's gonna have a lot of huge characters involved.
GrandLineReview HUGE Kaido ;)
One of the reasons why it may surpass Marineford is because of the Whitebeard Pirates
Wano and Reverie might be the 3rd and 4th best arc but marineford and inies lobby are still the best

Dude, where’s dressrosa
I Agree
Replace whole cake with sabody arc imo
Finally someone mentioned Whole Cake!!!
1 - Enies Lobby
2 - The rest
allancg 😂
Bitch, yes!
Yes, Enies Lobby was by far the best. It has the best fights and it was long. Marineford was also good but I think it's only because a lot of big names came out.
Too much fights and dragged on. Not enough story or characterisation besides Luffy's past.
Dressrossa was the best
1.Water seven/Enis Loby. Its where typical shonen fans started to love one piece because of the fights which set standards that Oda has yet to surpass. Plus there is so many memorable moments and the betray of the cp9 was a suprise.
2.Skypiea:the most Adventure-ish arc of the serie. Enel was amazing but so was the introduction of blackbeard and bellamy. And when Luffy rang that bell!!
3.Marineford saga:first major payoff for the whole serie. Awesome twist. Impel down was amazing too.
4.Alabasta:the first saga in the serie and the first time the enemies were sort off overwelming for the strawhats
5.Arlong Park:when Oda stepped up his game.
Honorable mention to davy back fight. The most underated arc of the serie for being a fun breather after the events of alabasta.
WcI is great so far but i wont rank it until its done.
Water 7/Enies Lobby best moments:
-epic fight scenes
-gear 2nd and 3rd
-Declaring war against the Government
-betrayal of the CP9
-Sogeking
-their bounties
Best moment of water 7/enies lobby for me is going merry farewell
I loved enies lobby so much
Skypea wasn't that bad for me but still to long i don't like it that much

Ah, I love that opening! I wish they did more like that one...
GrandLineReview i totally agree.. i tought i was the only one who loved it lmao
My second favorite is Fight Together from the flashback of their childhood with Sabo. I didn't like the flashback that much (Just not a fan of prequels and flashbacks for some reason), but I had to fight off the urge to cry like a little girl whenever I watched it.
i think we can all agree that the 1.st opening is our favourite too
1. Marineford

1. Enies Lobby
2. Marineford
3. Alabasta
4. Skypiea
5. Dressrosa

Skypiea is ass
Nice
I almost fell asleep while watching Alabasta.
am i the only one who really loves skypea? when i was a kid that was the moment the show stopped on tv and i thought it was the end of the story and was fine with it because it was so beautifully written and finished
I really like Skypeia! Not anywhere near as much as any of the ones I've put on this list though.
i don't mind skypea! but skypea and long ring long land arcs are the worst time for one piece! or when one piece was on its lowest point of writing tbh!
The most unique arc
Gabelhelm Sogarbraten same lol. I
Skypea is kind of boring not as many interesting characters
The wano arc is already almost becoming my favorite arc. Oda is the best mangaker ever
Yes wano is really good so far
the epicness of Water7/enies lobby will never be topped.
One of the best
Enies lobby is sooooo fucking long
But sooooo good
Enies Lobby isnt really long...About 50 chapters for the raid + fights + escape.
If you mean Water 7 + Enies lobby for the CP9 Saga, then maybe...but I think Dressrosa was still longer than the 2 combined.
Dressrosa took more then two years in the end I think
Dressrosa Arc was longer. Dressrosa Arc should of split into two arcs. The Colosseum Part and Doflamingo Family Part should have taken place on different islands/arcs to fix the pacing issues.
thats what she said
I haven’t got to that arc in the anime yet, since I just started watching. How much episodes is it?
Skypea has the best story and most symbolism. The feelings behind it was so much better
Skypea would make my top 5 but it was way longer and I mean WAY LONGER than it needed to be
@goldenegg agree, I hated it took like 3-4 episodes for luffy to climb back up giant jack. Took like 5 episodes for luffy to get out of the snakes mouth.
@Patrick Rasca fair point
Landon Murray propably my least favorite arc :p
ITS SKYPIEA
I like skypiea
My own favourite arcs are:
*Whole cake island*
*Enies lobby*
*Saboady*
*Marineford war*
*Wano*
Enies Lobby ended with death of Merry...you know the moment when you think the train wreck of the feels is over and then this happened. Enies Lobby will be up to this day the biggest train wreck of feels

1. Sabaody
2. Dressrosa
3. Alabasta
4. Marineford
5. Skypeia
For me at least
Nice list! Good to see a Skypeia fan!
Wow Skypeia,memories are coming back
Skypeia for me has the best payoff for any arc, and some of the best comedy throughout.
Brilliant little arc that doesn't get anywhere near the love it deserves.
and also the Raizo reveal that he's in this Island really shock and emotional for me, you will see how they are very loyal the Minks with his Friend
1) Impel Down - Honestly prefer this over Marineford. Even though Marineford as epic as it was, Impel Down was one arc where I saw our boy fight beyond his limits to the point where he almost died. Marineford comes a close 2nd for me
2) Marineford - As mentioned above
3) Whole Cake Island - I mean WHOA!!! It reads well and I haven't seen any bad chapters. Great antagonists, brilliant storyline, and it's approaching an amazing climax
4) Water 7/Enies Lobby - I love this entire arc as a whole. The conflict, the build up, everything. I mean it was solid gold from the start. The reason why it's 4th is because of my bias love towards Whole Cake Island
5) Alabasta - I have only one sentence for this arc. Crocodile is one of my favourite villains and he deserves massive props from start to finish
6) Arlong Pirates - I agree with all the reasons you've listed but I prefer Impel Down and Whole Cake so much more than this
7) Zou - We actually got a proper world building arc.
That's how I started to watch one piece and I did not regret it
We are the same. At first, I don’t like watching it because of the drawing. But when I started watching it, I became addicted.
Same,I remember not really getting into One Piece until I saw Ace’s death for the first time and decided to binge watch the entire Marineford saga
1.Whole Cake Island
2.Sabaody
3.Marineford
4.Impel Down
5.Enies Lobby

Still catching up in Reverie before Wano Arc. My top 5 would be:
1. Water 7/Enies Lobby ( Strawhats declaration of war to the world government as we learn how despicable they are through Robin's tragic backstory, Robin finally wanting to live. Luffy vs Lucci still the best fight in One Piece ever. Epic and roller-coaster of emotions)
2. Summit War (Sabaody - Marineford, personally count the Saga as a whole. Build up and hype executed to perfection. Best war arc in anime ever)
3. Arlong Park (I have a soft spot for this earlier Arc. Got hooked into One Piece right here. Got so hyped when Usopp took down one of Arlong's top fishman. Amazing pay off in the end. Nami became one of my favourite characters in One Piece after seeing her backstory. "Blood makes you related, Love makes you Family". )
--- Take on other arcs---
Alabasta would a runner up at 7, solid arc. Crocodile my fav top 5 Antagonists alongside Akainu, Katakuri, Doflamingo and Lucci
Thriller bark redeemed itself of being a bad arc only because of "Nothing Happened" and Brook imo.

So far, the best arc for me.

loguetown arc also deserves special mention.
Yea, i was like "How is Luffy supposed to beat smoker if he can't even hit him" cus that was before Haki

5. Zou
- Arabasta
- Desesrosa
- Enies lobby
- Baratie restaurant
- Wano
This is my top 5 fav arc ❤
Okay guys we just arrived in zou, thanks for king of the pirates for giving us the poneglyph play language, im very very thankful, i got a note from him saying,"congrats on your 19th year anniversary and aswell reaching 9 crew members"
Dude, I really enjoy how concise and yet descriptive your videos are! Keep'em coming! xD
Thank you very much! I appreciate the kind words! :D
Marine ford changed my outlook on manga. Changed my life.
Arlong Park, Skypia, Water 7, Marineford, Whole Cake Island
1 - Whole Cake
2 - Ennies Lobby
3 - Marineford
4 - Thriller Bark
5 - Alabasta
i just dicovered this channel so late comment here but for me :
For me
1) WCI
2) Thriller bark (strawhats fighting oz together, Brook introduction)
3) marine Ford
4) ennies lobby
5) sabondy archipelago
WCI is ass
Maaaan looove i think wci is the best
I completely agree with this list. I still get chills when I see Luffy gives Nami his hat and them him and the boys walk to along park. It is epic and it is a slept on arc.
1 Thriller bark.
2 Marine ford.
3 Skypiea
4 Enies lobby.
5 Water seven
Oh wow! Big Thriller Bark fan, eh?
Sanguis somewone who uderstand that enies lobby and water 7 is not the same arc ❤❤❤❤❤
same saga, different arcs
Finally someone with some love for Thriller bark. It had probably the most of the badass fights in any arc: the best for me were Strawhat crew vs Oz and Zoro vs Kuma.
In no particular order:
1. Water7 - Luffy vs. Captain Usopp, Frank introduction, and CP9 introduction
2. Enies Lobby - CP9/Rob Lucchi, Luffy speech and stand against the government, and Sogeking
3. Impel Down - No filler tons of action and backstory. Wish we had more arcs like this.
4. Marine Ford - obvious epic arc and most likely on everyone's list
5. Thriller Bark - Hilarious the whole way through(example: Usopp depression immune)
1. Enies Lobby (anime)
2. Marineford (anime)
3. Whole Cake Island (manga)
4. Thriller Bark (anime)
5. Dressrosa (manga)
Nice list!
For me it's:
1. Whole Cake Island
2. Sabaody
3. Thriller Bark
4. Dressrosa
5. Arlong Park
thriller bark is one of the worst arcs for me
Yeah I know a lot of people didn't like it but it was right up my alley 😄
Kinda agree, but zoro, franky, robin and ussop aren’t there...
BRYAN Because it's almost over and I've loved every second of it 😊
thriller bark is terrible
1. Marineford Saga (including Sabaody , Amazon Lily & Impel Down)
2. Enies Lobby/ Water 7
3. Alabasta Saga
4. Dressrosa
5. Whole Cake Island
6. Arlong Park
I fully agree with your best choices! All very good picks. I can't wait to see more of OP and what the future holds for the series. :)
Thank you very much! :D
You are welcome! :D Keep up the good work!
For me my top 5 favourite arcs
1. Dressrosa
2. Punk Hazard
3. Water 7/Ennis Lobby
4. Arlong park/ Impel down
5. Alabasta/ Marineford
Oh shit nice to see some love for Punk Hazard
Nice to see some love for Punk Hazard and Dressrosa :))))
1- Ennies Lobby
It had the best character arc so far for the most interesting character in the crew.
2- Marineford
I love large scale battles, and seeing so many top tier players in 1 setting for 30+ chapters was glorious. The final lap of the arc was a rollercoaster of great action sequences and jaw dropping twists.
3- Whole Cake Island
This is where the New World really began.
4- Alabasta
This is when One Piece got me really hooked. The first real challenge for the protsgonists, with a memorable villain and coup d’etat plot.
5- Sabaody Archipelago
Brief but impactful. Lots lf new antiheroes, Pacifistas, Rayleigh and a new Admiral wiping the floor left and right with pirates. The ending is really good in this one.
Dressrosa has to be atleast 4
YESSSSS LOVE ALABASTA! It would still be my favorite arc but I'm just glad you put it in the top 3.
Before time skip arcs: better in the anime, after time skip arcs: better in the manga
That's not a bad way of putting it. Although I'd argue that Thriller Bark onwards marked a sharp decline in the anime.
@@GrandLineReview i'd say from Skypiea onwards. After that we got the DBF arc that was too stretched in the anime
the arlong park arc is easily one of the greatest cause it's that arc that sold one piece to me, it showed that it can be serious when it needs to be. an imo it's the arc were one piece truly starts and every character arc that followed all were it's equal if not better. ennies lobby is at this moment my favorite one
The thing that really stopped me from enjoying most one piece arcs was the terrible pacing which is why arlong arc is still the best in my opinion because it didnt drag on
5) Arlong Arc
This arc highlighted the chemistry of the crew and how deep their bond is, which is prevalent from Luffy giving Nami his straw hat to hold on to. In my opinion, this was the first serious One Piece arc.
4) Dressrosa
The most aesthetically pleasing arc in my opinion. Not only that, but I feel like this arc was a real look into how chaotic the New World really is. I also love how the Straw Hats were all together during this time. Doflamingo is my favorite villain so far that we encountered.
3) Saboady Archipelago
When the crew got separated, this was one of the most emotional moments in One Piece.
2) Marineford
This arc is definitely the nod to the evolution of a new era in One Piece, the first time we really see MAJORITY of the heavy hitters in the series. It contained so much plot wise and a lot of events that happen now is influenced by the Marineford War. This is the glue of One Piece
1) Enies Lobby/Water 7 Arc
One of the ONLY ARCS that highlighted every Straw Hat individually under one location. Don't @ me.
1. Water 7/Enies Lobby
2. Impel Down
3. MarineFord
4. Dressrosa
5. Alabasta
I just loove every thing in whole cake island
I agree MarineFord arc that was built up for a long while, had the most heartbreaking scenes, great fights and conclusion.
Ennies Lobby will always be my no.1, followed by Water 7, then Marineford
All nice choices! :D
Hands down Arlong Pirates arc was when I was hooked and was in love for the rest of the journey
Damn, your clips from the Arlong arc just reminded me how much I prefer the artstyle and character models of the crew back then, especially Nami.
Nami was way hotter back then.
My favourites
1- Ennies Lobby/Water 7; The "burn the flag" moment is still my favourite moment in One Piece because of how greatly it defines who the Straw Hats are (or at least who they are to me).
Is it weird that I watched 56 episodes of marine ford in ONE day
There's that much time in one day to watch 56?
@@goalhornfanatic9449 idk
U watch one piece for 17 hours that day holy crap, I’ve probably did a lot but not that much
1)Enies Lobby Arc(Declaring War. Made me cry for a ship. Added new fighting abilities to character that had depth.)
2)Sabaody Archipelago Arc(One of the best arc that flip the script on main characters when it comes to helplessness.)
3)Water 7 Arc(This was the arc that made me view One Piece more seriously. This is the arc I always recommend to people who thinks that they can't take this show seriously.)
4)Marineford Arc (This is one of the arc that shows that the main character(Luffy) can hold a series for quite some time without most of his main cast. The new characters were strong enough to cover the missing characters.(Dressrosa Arc wasn't able to do this))
5)Zou Arc(The best arc since the timeskip. Love the situations and scenarios. Great new characters.)
I had more hype from Enies lobby than Marineford
Actually same my guy
Arlong Park isn’t just a story arc, it’s a study in humanity.
1. Enies Lobby
2. Marineford
3.Thriller Bark
4. Skypiea
5. Alabsta
Just saying, I’m still at Punk Hazard so I haven’t caught up yet but so far:
1. Marineford
It showed us the true might of an emperor and the true strengths of the strongest man in the world. This arc is what One Piece would look like without the humor. With all due respect the humor is what keeps me entertained with the series, but this arc was amazing because it was nonstop action, intensity and emotion.
2. Water 7/Ennis Lobby
Similar to Marineford, this was an intense thriller arc. This arc made me care so much more for Robin, and was just great overall. The reveal of CP9 was actually shocking and not predictable, and it was just great.
3. Sabaody
This arc meh in story, but what I really liked about it is how much it showed us the real strength of our characters, how weak they are compared to the top dogs. Kizaru’s entrance was legendary, and we really felt the Straw Hats’ emotion of defeat. It was the first time Luffy and everybody felt actual lost in a battle.
4. Alabasta
This was to me the first arc that really made me scared. Crocodile was the first big deal guy the Straw Hats faced except for Mihawk. Vivi was a really well written character, and it really made me care about Alabasta. I like Alabasta because it had a good sense of humor, good action, sad moments, and it just had everything.
5. Skypiea
Although there are some boring parts for this arc, this arc was just beautifully written and was like a fantasy story. It had great symbolism and is just a good story.
I think Whole Cake is getting there
My top ten currently goes like this:
6:06 I think you mean the final HEEHAW
I am currently at dressrosa . My top five are
1) Marineford
2) Enies Lobby
3) Dressrosa
4) Water 7
5) Sabaody Archipelago
i think enies lobby and water 7 arc (water 7 saga) is almost one! it is my favorite time reading tbh
And i realy liked marineford but for me it is not a favorite arc. But i will say this are my favorite arcs with dressrosa!
1. Enies Lobby: Rob lucci’s fight and luffy’s gear second and third were honestly sick.
2. Marine Ford: Introduction to big names and some really cool fight scene, a very sad arc too since white beard and ace died
