I've been listening to techno for over 20 years. I never thought I'd hear a techno mix greater than Carl cox's essential mix from twilo 1999, until i heard this set my charlotte. Wow, this is what techno sets are about, charlotte has really brought techno back for me with this set. I must of listened to it 10 times already and each time I get goosebumps. Well done charlotte for such a thought out, well worked set.

Sometimes it happens one stumbles upon something unkown.... unintentionally. Like this. I am not really into techno, or electronic music that much. So if this touches me, this is the real deal. It's genuine. It's emotion. It works. This just hit that nerve. Wow! Must say I haven't heared anything like this since this in decades. I believed it was an genre gone by. I am amazed. I have stumbled across this DJ by checking out Belgian New Beat classics from the day, like Rock to the Beat, Ibiza, Amnesia House, etc, and glad I did! I had no ideas what this music was, other than hard!! It is 'like' rave in the 80s suddenly transferred to modern times! I'm hooked!
This is techno. You should look up Berlin techno specifically. She's from Belgium so it's basically what she's playing. I lived in Amsterdam and techno is basically mainstream in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

This set is amazing. As a cynical older ex vinyl DJ , Charlotte (next to DeadMau5's Test Pilot style) is one of the few new generation of DJ's I actually enjoy listening to and get the same feeling as when I used to go see Carl Cox, Sasha, John Digweed etc 20 years ago.

I have stumbled across this DJ by checking out Belgian New Beat classics from the day, like Rock to the Beat, Ibiza, Amnesia House, etc, and glad I did! I had no ideas what this music was, other than hard!! It is 'like' rave in the 80s suddenly transferred to modern times! I'm hooked!
This is techno. You should look up Berlin techno specifically. She's from Belgium so it's basically what she's playing. I lived in Amsterdam and techno is basically mainstream in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

This set is amazing. As a cynical older ex vinyl DJ , Charlotte (next to DeadMau5's Test Pilot style) is one of the few new generation of DJ's I actually enjoy listening to and get the same feeling as when I used to go see Carl Cox, Sasha, John Digweed etc 20 years ago.
