What is the strong selling point?
Entry Price vs market price , rental > instalment, any big catalyst to the area?
@@PropertyBuddy did some study on this, honestly the strong selling point is the established developer, and easy access to MRT. the entry price psqft right now almost the same as Aster Residence but for me Connaught One is Freehold rather than Leasehold but i don’t know whether this is a good enough reason lo. neighbouring condo (but not walkable to MRT) goes for rm200psf less than both Aster & Connaught One
