I am from village ..we dont hve proper marketing place for our products ..as a hilly village we produce horticulture product that too in a organic way ..but due to less marketing place we sometimes sell our ginger for rs 15 per kg ..I wish the IAS who come to our state and work in our state give the villagers more importance instead of rich people of our state ...😔
@@rpatidar68 dear guys common answer is i am an arunachalee.people might hve seen rich arunachalee who spends money in mainland india but i am a village version who never got a chance to cross own village i hve seen govt policies and programmes but they are never been implemented properly in my area ..our people hve the guts to work hard and produce may b bcoz of lack of proper attention we never got a chance to hve our own mandi unlike other states.. Only private players from nearby state come to our villages they buy our produce in low cost which saddened me..young IAS officer's comes to our district but they also dont give a damn may be bcoz they think they are not from here.. But i always wish a good officer come to my area ..but till today hvnt got an ias who will work for our villages hope one of you will be in future and work for us not only for us but wherever you all will get posted will workhard for villagers and will not b busy in pleasing rich people ...good night everyone.

Thank you sir for giving us such informative knowledge of different models of rural development. I want to just add a few things in what could be done? 1. You mentioned here that we need to invite more industries in villages for developement and also aware us about the figures of the agricultural contribution (around 17%)in our economy. So, my point here is that if we want to see our villages as developed village, we need to focuse only such industries which are actively or passively involved with krishi. Why I clarify this point because now a days most peasants are more than happy to work in industries than in farms as they are getting more money and other benefits. 2. We also need to focuse on social equality. How we can get this? When we built the education institutions in villages, the main goal of the these institutions sould be focused on giving the knowledge which teach all students that " all jobs are equal" and "give respect to all jobs". By this, we may instill the thought of the equal status into the new generation minds.

My self chetan patidar from a village of ujjain, district mp . There are a lot of people from upper and middle class in villages arround me who completed their graduation going to nearest city followed by ujjain , indore etc with expenditure of more then their original cost for complete graduation and at present 95% of them come back to village with digree without skills or job. The impact of this situation is that it changes the mentality of people arround and in my village toward a society where thought about education is negative ( pese barbad be..) This is the basic reason behind decreasing the number of students who think to pursue higher education .

Main concern in villages are lack of proper education and connectivity. Government should emphasize on education by improving quality of government schools and opening new schools where ever required.

It's true that right now population is a big problem in India, but the day when we will start using it as a resource this problem will get converted into assets. Look problems as an opportunity not a burden
Merge a lot of villages into bigger villages. Max population of village should be increased to 7500. This way number of villages will decrease. Convert some into towns and cities. Then create village councils. Instead of Panchayat Raj. And allow them to self rule.
