I got my answer for my problem. Sometimes ago I face this problem while replacing the new battry. Coz I forgot to disconnect the battery from logic board as a result same problem occurred.

how about, this half back light had happen on my phone, then i decided to turn off my phone. when I turn on the phone, only a moment later it turns off and automatically my phone gets very hot until i cant hold it because too hot. btw, im using iphone 7 plus and i still cant turn on my phone, they told me that the motherboard 's problem, is it true?
