Easy to say until you find your heart being torn apart again and doubt spreading its tendrils into our everyday. As an empath i find it helpful to acknowledge that some of what I am experiencing is coming from without - not my feelings, not my responsibility but my skill in transmuting it anyway is a part of the healing process and as I heal I affect all those around me too. So Shield thyself first - and follow where the feelings take you. "For the people observing"... im of haitian descent and she is from ghana and although we are the same race, we do look different and we are perceived as opposites by her family. "For the people observing"... im of haitian descent and she is from ghana and although we are the same race, we do look different and we are perceived as opposites by her family. She and her family is heavily into religion - a specific christian sect that some would call a cult - and i am not, which is the main reason for our separation. Also im sort of "from the hood" so to speak and her family is very tight and put together. I am a lucid dreamer and have connected with her in the dream world and through many synchronicities as it relates to dreams and the timing of things.
