Nasty Vet Clinic System Wasn't Working

    Why didn't you tell them that you needed to clean the entire thing when you had it disassembled? Now they are going to have more problems in the future and have to pay more money for you to disassemble it again, wasting both your time and the customer's time when it all could have been done at once.

      I cant make people spend money they don't want to. They had the option but they just wanted it to work. Would you have walked away if the repair wasn't what you wanted to do?

      @WorldofHVAC the price I give is to clean the entire thing that way you know they are well taken care of. I would hate to have them complain next time when the rest of the machine needs to be cleaned and they want to know why it wasn't done to begin with. I just know how people can be. You definitely did a good job but I like to explain to the customer that it's preventative

      @luke50469 They had both options. Fix the problem they called about or take care if everything that was found. They wanted the cheaper option since its a room for dogs. It's all noted on the paperwork so they can't say I didn't offer a complete repair
