35:50 If you're using OBS Studio, I've had a similar issue by the YUYV video format. Changing it to BGR3 (Emulated) solved it for me. Apparently, YUYV can only keep up with frame rates of ~30s, otherwise it will just queue things and the delay will get longer and longer.
