➡ LIFE BELOW ZERO AIRS TUESDAYS 9/8c.
About Life Below Zero:
Life Below Zero follows six people as they battle for the most basic necessities in the state with the lowest population density in the United States. Living at the ends of the world's loneliest roads and subsisting off the rugged Alaskan bush, they battle whiteout snow storms, man-eating carnivores, questionable frozen terrain, and limited resources through a long and bitter winter. Some of them are lone wolves; others have their families beside them. All must overcome despairing odds to brave the wild and survive through to the spring. And when spring arrives in Alaska, rising temperatures bring mounting challenges as they work to prepare for yet another winter.

Genius. Ice cement.
It is really smart!
I absolutely loved watching Glenn in the wild. He’s a real survivalist unlike a lot of people on these type of documentaries that just talk a good game and do t follow through. Glenn you’re awesome!!
"I'm sick and tired of cutting trees for the camera!"
Hes cutting dead trees, what's the problem
@@strikerone6991 It's a quote from him. His point was he didn't like the show focusing on chopping firewood when he could be giving more useful survival lessons. He definitely would have included this project as a good lesson.
@@promontorium understood
“I need to dry this meat since it’ll rot soon” narrator instantly repeats that as though our information retention is next to nonexistent
Glenn is the most creative out of all of them.
Obi Wan Cannoli I agree
I'd say he was the least compliant, he wanted to do his own thing without a script, thats why he seems so creative. In my personal opinion the show would be way better if they had everyone unscripted like Glenn. His episodes are the most interesting.
I love how easy it was to just use water to make the foundation. Like you realize how simple life actually is.
I was hoping for a little more unecessary, overly dramatic music.
The narrators voice is super dramatic and unnecessary
War Is good my comment is DRAMATIC and unnecessary
And unnecessary, overly dramatic camera cuts and film effects.
I was hoping for more unnecessary, overly dramatic comments
“Deep voice repeating exactly what he just said”
I could genuinely watch him all day
Chopping trees in the freezing cold is one of the most exhausting and painful things there is, so rough
Dude cut those trees down without breaking a sweat. What a beast.
Big Brother ha that’s camera editing he was probably out there for 4-5 hours
@@gorgon352 Pfft. Thanks for the laugh!! 🤣🤣
So cold out there, might've frozen those sweat drops
Here after the Joe Rogan Podcast.
Me too! He hated this.
Same! They should have kept this guy , he's passionate and great at what he does.
Do any of you know where you can watch this without sky ?
Same :)
Me also
He chooses dead trees to cut down. Not only is that eco-friendly, dead wood has been drying. Dry wood is much easier to transport and is better for construction as wood can warp as it dries, if it's already dry, you know what you're working with and what you build won't twist out of shape.
Thank you. ‘Learn something new everyday’ completed and it’s only 8am
Why tf do they have action music when he's cutting down a tree? Lol
Alex Castellon for suspense bro. Greta Thurnberg is coming over the mountain any moment to yell at him for his contribution to global warming.
@@infinitepowers6224 You too funny😂🤣😂
Cus they don't respect their audience, and to be fair, their tv audience is probably of a different avg intelligence than YT
Because the producers are complete idiots
@@infinitepowers6224 ahhahahahaha
Hope he gets his own show
He was the best on the show.
wondering if anyone is up to the task of editing all the glen out of all the episodes to make a super glen series. zero interest in any of those other yahoos on the show
Get out of my mind!
You read my mind bro
Glen and the Alaskan Indians were the only folks I enjoyed learning from ;) the others come across as preachy and superior (and can't shoot a barn door).
Already done it
Glen is very interesting to watch and enjoys educating the viewers, describing what and why he does things well. Had he truly just loves each day, every adventure and each experience.
My favorite character of the show
I've watched like 2 of these vids and I feel exhausted already.
Just listened to this guy on joes podcast. He’s a beast
ah dude hes such a BeAsT
You are a beast
@@codm-theend1208 No you're a beast
@@seyyednaqvi6760 😂
Kings
Lol this is exactly what he hated doing for tv
Cut another tree please Glenn
Hello from JRE!
Haha exactly what I was thinking
Constable Fowley nice profile. Did you have the flu when that was taken?
But this was for something he needed though haha
@@2010kgurl are you unaware of who that is in the pic?
Not only does the water fill gaps and freeze but it also swells the tree, reaching turgid pressure that will also seal it in place.
Me and my husband are so addicted to this show ❤️
Absolutely genius. He put the poles in the lake ice so he could freeze them in to make them sturdy. Sure beats trying to dig frozen soil!
That's Alaskan Quik-Crete.
OMG CHOPPING TREE SOOOOO INTENSE
It's $3 per episode on the BBC. Really worth spending a few bucks on this. This is awesome.
Its amazing what concerns a person in a suburb of a 1st world country and then what things concern Glenn up in the Arctic Circle. Both are humans but one cares about the next football game while the other cares about the local hunting and other resources.
Not only is he outside in freezing temperatures he forgot his hat and coat..Amazing
He’s way stronger than he looks
Glenn is my favorite
I’m so dumb that I was like what are you going to use to pack around the poles?
I wish I could watch a super cut from this show with only glen
Glenn is only reason i watch
the way that he eats it make it look delicious, whether it is or not.
using ice as quickcrete was a great idea
he was staying outside without a very thick jacket awesome.
I wish I had that music playing while I was out back cutting wood.
Joe Rohan brought me here
Joseph Underwood I care and I am someone
With those snow rackets he reminded me of bugs bunny but he sounds more like Elmer Fudd
Window is his Desktop
He knows so much lol
I have seen a lot of survival techniques but I think this was the coolest
Glenn was the best. They messed up
“I’m chiseling a hole here” 😂😂
Skinny dipping in ice cold water!
ingenious
The videography and editing is superb.
guy used water as concrete.
mind blown.
Vermonters are pretty darn smart.
Northen VT here can confirm haha
Bring him back
He's the best on the show using nothing motorized. Only a canoe...he's the real deal. The others may as well be in Tahoe.
He was out producing the producers. Their ego was bruised, so they ran away from him instead of evolving with him.
Totally agree 💯
This dude is a beast
I wish they will show him back!
Toe mogan rocks!
This is so dumb, how they make it seem intense. This guys life is probably relaxing.
Watch him on joe rogans podcast
Who needs cement?
Get me some water
When did Little Finger move beyond the wall?
HAHAHAHAHA
My grandmother has the same boots 😂
Talk about REAL GANGSTA LOL
Happy new year 😀🎉🤣
This guy cuts down 2 trees after surviving off of only meat and doesn't lose his breathe....
God I'm out of shape 🤣
I can’t believe this is Harlan Williams actual brother and it never came up on Rogan!
This is even better than LBZ
thanks for showing us only half of the rack being built...
I always like when people say these rymes 3:24
I did the same thing in my backyard, I hung hot dogs and slices of bacon to cure🎉😮
Wow... Ice = concrete (cement) 👌
65,000 views ......... rogan + ?
Now I know why squirrels bury their nuts in the winter
People saying this guys so badass , come and see the aboriginals in Canada they all live like this, it’s not really badass it’s more just a different way of life, it’s primal.
Yes ! Ancient knowledge
The drone footage, the piped-in music and spectacular cinematography (plus his hair cuts) really proves to us, we're idiots to believe what we watch is remotely real.
This dude playing Minecraft irl
“Below Zero” Minecraft In Real Life
I stumbled on this video thinking it was about large format photography.
BRING BACK GLENN! you guys effed up by getting rid of him. He is the only genuine person on this show that doesn't talk just to talk.
A skid steer would make this guys life 100 percent easier
Until it runs out of fuel.
@@justinadair5154 a fuel tank... sounds like he goes into town to wash cloths so often.. fuel there
I enjoy Glenn the most but the Hailstones are probably the most authentic. Agnes is a real life eskimo. Right on!
You rack focus young one
This does not need music
*cuts tree with boss music
My guy can be a crossfit champion
Praise be the algorithm
After the JRE Podcast this looks like it’s satire, the producers legitimately edited his forest interviews to im gonna cut this tree down and Now I’m gonna cut another tree down
is there a complete documentary of this or only small bits like this on natgeo?
Joe Rogen brought me here It’s on Disney + too
منور يابطل
It took 100 years for that tree to grow just so this guy can flex on all of us in the snowy wilderness.
Joe Rogan brought me here, cool stuff
Deforestation... Hate this... Have you ever did any plantation?
Does this area have fat wood? You can do so much with fat wood. Especially for starting fires. Its like natures napalm.
...that's a rather tiny shack...
Needless to say I'd starve to death if that was me
that axe has no bite...
well yeah he uses it a lot
@@walruz011 Abraham Lincoln said “ Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” You can be the strongest lumberjack in the world, but with a dull tool you lack in safety and efficiency. js..
Is that the guy from half baked that killed the police horse ?
What season is this
Season 8 I believe
What season is this from?
Jake Pypline Look right below the subscribe button🤔
I wonder of he still live there
Lol why did the narrator just repeat exactly what Glenn said but in an edgy, dramatic voice?
