TT I'm a stomach sleeper too. Been like that literally since day 1(my mom has the pictures🤣). You need the pillow that I got last year off Amazon. It's called the Lofe Stomach Sleeping Thin Memory Foam Pillow. No more neck pain. I promise you. It's the only pillow I use now. I had horrible neck pain for years and even my chiro said I gotta change how I sleep but I don't know any other way than on my stomach. I tried my back, my side, it doesn't work for me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Side note: my lower back pain from sleeping on my stomach has gone away as well. I think I was having that because I wasn't sleeping comfortably because of the stiffness in my neck
