When my auntie came from the depth of Ghana. Went in the "African" shop, bought similar enough stuff and started cooking. Sardines instead of smoked fish. And plenty the hot peppers they sold in this German store with imported goods. She had no clue what they were and did not have issues anyway. I personally learned that I have to train more to endure "let's use Habaneros like bell pepper". After a lot of years growing Carolina Reaper and more I can somewhat compete with her.

Also, sorry about the experience, I'm sure those guys were drunk; Ghanaians aren't this hostile at all. They problem wanted money 😅or doing something illegal😅😅 or just showing off their masculine ego due to drunkenness-see how he wanted the beer lol. Ghanaians are always nice to tourists/visitors but definitely shy to be on camera. Hit me up the next time you'd want to go to Ghana, I could fly there too- I'm a Ghanaian living in Canada currently. Thank you on the pangolin act. I really felt bad initially. I know it's a drop in the ocean but it's something.

Seeing you release the sweet Pangolin at 56:17 is incredible. It makes me want to have one as a pet and take care of them!
They are so sweet, gentle, and innocent! Keratin is found in many vegetables naturally.
Eat your vegetables and leave the sweet Pangolins ALONE!

Snails are expensive protein in Ghana. Its still privilege as a kid to have it in your meal.

I will tell you four places in Saudi Arabia whose dishes are important to try, and I think most of you do not know them:
    1. Mahayil Asir city and experience Haneeth, and traditional cuisine in Rijal Almaa and Abha
    2. The city of Jazan and the taste of Jazan cuisine in the Fifa Mountains
    3. Jeddah city and try Sayadiyah food with fish
    4. The city of Riyadh and the camel kabsa experience

I understand the idea of bush meat. Living in the United States we feel like we can judge everyone but that is not the case. We judge without ever walking in anyone's muddy boots. So I try not to judge. I will say this. Thank you for saving that poor little pangolin. I have mad respect for you.
