Had this car for a few years before trading it for civic fc. Honestly, the handling is still very good even by today’s standard. Definitely of the best original proton in history

9:54 Don't go crazy on that stretch of road in LDP, polis always put speed camera right under the bridge on your left side. The speed limit is 60km/h only.

back in year 2013. this car 1 of the best looking design from proton. rarely see ppl modified Suprima S, kudos to owner. thumbs up!

I can say personally, Suprima S feels like a race Car Wannabee(but not there yet).
1 of the Achilles Hills is that OEM Diverter Valve.(up grade from GFB) and installing BOV system on Diverter Valve Operaterd Turbo is a Big No.
2 is The CVT itself is also th]ngs to take note of. I have been Owning drive daily and entertaining the curved Balls S4PH since july 2019 and it manage to throw at me engd up knocking 2 inspection hole on the block.
3 My tyre is 205/55R16 original size. Like You guys discuss, the free play also there. Problem fix with Good quality Non Rubber steering Rack Bush.
All in all lah, my Suprima S can chase Or at least Keep up with Civic, the prawn tail light. My Diverter valve is still GFB, and i love the way it works. OEM tend to Give you a middle finger when you least expected.😂😂

Yalah, the Proton should keep on refine and retune the Suprima like what they did to Iriz. This car potential is high😁
0-100 is about 10sec to be exact. The odometer showing 100 is actually real speed 90-92 only. Gps speed is much more accurate if wanna do speed test.

Space & performance is definitely Suprima S better, turbo + bigger segment.
For handling is 208, smaller body
suprima s compete with 308 not 208.

The perodua drivers never try proton. U will get what its mean by “handling by Lotus “
I compare saga and MYVI when taking GRAB. No contest, saga much more comfortable. NVH also a lot better. Saga with 4AT. The only advantage MYVI has is more fuel efficient but for me saga over MYVI anytime.
