Travel anxiety is very relatable. I love to travel, but always the first day when I'm about to leave I get some low key anxiety. but I love traveling so I stick it through. relatable video
I understand 100%. I'm the exact same with my anxiety and feel better closer to home. I have a trip coming up that's 4 hours away and I'm already anxious about it. I'm very proud of you for doing this, I know first hand what a huge deal it is. Yay for you!!!!👏👏👏
I had to do that last year and its definitely not easy but once you get there it does get easier :) honestly if i can do it i know you can do it too! I really hope it goes well!
So proud of you! I get challenging boundaries. ;) today was my 1st day at work that I truly had little anxiety plus enjoyed laughing with my coworkers.
i went out in my city today on one of the biggest events (pride) sadly i couldn't take part but i was still out and about, your videos really help with feeling less alone and seeing you actually take steps for yourself. Congratulations on being able to do the same thing :)
I live in Glasgow. I have anxiety and social anxiety so I get so nervous. I need to know exact times, I need to know where I'm going and the exact routes and how long it takes. I've only been to Edinburgh a few times that I can remember but it is so difficult because it's obviously a different city and not familiar at all. It was nice to see how you can do this and push yourself well done!. EDIT: it was so strange to see you at places I visit literally every day. That busker was Ben Monteith he's one of my favourites and a regular busker :)
It wasn't easy but as soon as i got there i felt so much better :) honestly if i can do it you can do it too! Thanks for telling me that my mum really loved him, he was great! hope you come to edinburgh one day, its beautiful, little steps :)
Emily Rose you're very welcome! Edinburgh is a beautiful city. I've been through for some events but not for a while I'd love to explore the city sometime!
That's so great that you were able to do that! I was able to make my own way to work on Wednesday and Thursday and went to the cinema today which is one of the things that really scares me, tomorrow I'm going into town with my sister which is a big challenge but I will see how it goes 😊
