Also there is a business case that this is not good policy. For most businesses, discrimination is not a good thing. Why would a driver turn down someone who is willing to pay to go somewhere? I felt disrespected when Karen tried to stop Atty. Acosta discussing about medical field related issues and concerns. Perhaps she wanted to moderate the discussion, yet it seems she questions Atty. Acosta's knowledge on that matter. Funny to say "Let's stick to your expertise".
