One detail I've always really like in this episode is that despite how concerned he is for his sister, it's telling that Blitzo never actually APOLOGIZES or otherwise tries to take ownership of whatever it was he did that hurt/fucked over Barbie so much. Which of course is in stark contrast to how Moxxie actually DOES apologize, takes ownership and immediately tries to patch things up with Millie once she calls him out.

Tbh it's really nice to see someone react to this show while being so understanding about every character's feelings, I see a lot of people take it as very black and white when they don't agree with a character's response to something.
Sometimes when you grow up constantly being told that you suck at everything by the ones who were supposed to love you, you feel the need to be good at everything and never, ever make any mistakes just to feel good enough to be accepted by anyone.
Fun little detail, when Millie spiked the ever loving hell out of that kid, they got put into a parody of the Yamcha death pose, just to make it all the worse.
I get that Moxxie wanted to solve the mystery properly but he could have at least allowed Millie to investigate her own findings and secure killing the boathouse man before all the bullshit happens, then Moxxie's investigation would have simply been to confirm the target is the right person (and proving why team M&M are so effective together).
Maybe this is a bit much, but you might end up hurting or potentially killing Barbie if she get's in the way, and Blitzo will be immeasurably pissed. Unless she reveals herself first, but I don't think M&M would know her, if they pay attention to Blitzo's posters of him and her.
Same. I know that he wanted to prove his worth, but there was no point in it when the mission difficulty rate was low. And while he wants to since he had a hard life and showing his best is a way to prove to others and himself that he is good, it doesn't mean that it should cloud his judgment into an overwhelming sense self that towards an easy case that he chose to prolong for no good reason.
yeah Moxxie got too into his own head and lost sight of what was in front of him, as well as what the actual mission was. That's why blitzo said he was a disgrace.
I really appreciate the maturity you bring to the series, so much drama in the Helluva Boss fandom always seems to boil down to people not really understanding how people act when they’re messed up by trauma. It’s pretty rare for people to really be “uwu traumatized” and a lot more normal for “feral cat traumatized.” Also I’m glad your fiancé saw your potential ‘cause you’re awesome and the internet would have been missing out.
The next two are amazing episodes. You're going to find out a lot of backstory. Also, there is a song that is at least semi-canon that takes place after Episode 7 as a sort of 'this is what the next episode is going to be about' type thing.
At the start of the episode it would a lot of sense for a murder organization that takes revenge for those who died to do a lot of detective work, especially because there are several ways you can be killed without knowing who killed you, it would cool took to a more investigative missions but considering the whole vibe of the show I consider this unlikely

Oh boy this episode. Like, it was ROUGH the first time watching. But now that ive gotten number to the secondhand embarrassment and shit, i can definitely appreciate the little things it did well.
*paused at the start of episode* oooh right this episode... this is the one episode i can't watch without skipping ahead, even the first time i saw it. i just... can't handle public humiliation scenes, let alone a whole episode filled to the brim of it
Okay, so I get why Moxie is acting like this, but I never undrstood why Millie is so desperate for the acknowledgement of these teenagers. She's already the biggest badass and most competent member of IMP, so why is she acting like nobody ever praises her, when Moxxie is always flooding her with love?
Unrelated to the show beyond the M+M song trying to impress the campers. But the Banjo is one of the most underrated instruments. Fight me over it, and I smack you with my moonshine jug
The camp's name reminds me of when I was in the scouts there was a merger between Watchung Council and Morris-Sussex Council. Being teenagers, we campaigned for the new council to be called "Watch-Mor-Sex" but the adults went with "Patriot's Path Council."
Those are self harm scars on Barbie's arms I think. If Blitz did something to drive her to self harm, I would understand why she wouldn't wanna see him.
It's funny I've seen people argue that Moxxie is acting out of character when he's a theater kid who appopraches the whole thing as his Hooman!OC (do not steal), with a full script for everything. Which, because the other characters are people (within the fiction) makes them immediately ostracize "Moxine".
Once moxxie is done being written horribly the episode gets over it and gets better. I feel ya though. The only reason I got thru the episode recently is cause I knew Alicia was gonna get to it.
To me this episode felt really redundant, cuz its the whole "Moxxie feels insecure and overshadowed by Millie's competence and him learn to overcome those feelings" again except this time he is a straight up dick to millie for no reason, so it actually feels like a step back from his progress of previous episodes
😅 I didn't realize how little I've rewatched it even through reactors until this reaction. I don't think I've seen it since it premiered because I was gritting my teeth and squinting so hard just to get through it again.
You know idk if it is actually fitting of Moxxie for his personality since despite him being good with weapons, it doesn't mean he'd necessarily makes him good with investigation & planning. Though I feel like they might have possibly made him bad at it simply for the plot of the episode seeing that it's his job & also used to be in the mob family doing jobs. Edit: Also maybe it's just a side we've never seen yet it exists, but did anyone else ever think of Moxxie as someone who is trying to get it to be all about himself. I know he feels the need to prove himself to Blitzø, Millie & himself yet he never came off as self-centered nor the type to get upset that his wife is getting attention & being happy.
i think after all the Ls that Mox has taken lately, there's just a part of him that wanted to impress Millie, but insecurily like Blitz he was kinda sabotaging himself.
@@UltimateGamerCC Hmm I do see what you mean but he from his character so far along with the music video of him & Blitzø seems more like the type to be silent & whatnot rather than lashing out due to his fear of rejection.
@@TheMaliciousGamer4654 honestly? For me, a lot of the episode felt like them trying to be "meta" and "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" about the complaints about Millie being a sattelite character to Moxxie and not having much of a personality of her own except for 1) Loves her hubby 2) melee belnder powerhouse.# So they randomly decided to make the EPisode abotu that, making Moxxie jealous about her success... and it still ended up being more abotu Moxxie and Blitz than Millie! Also, Moxxie really needs an episode where he gets to be the hero that doesn't either 1) have him screw up the situation int he first place (FIrst EPisode) or 2) Has him be the chewtoy of the episode (Harvest Moon and this episode) or 3) Has it end with him being cut off in a way that seems to be intended to be comical! (Harvest Moon Festival, where Loona kicked the door into his face. Crimson having him get tasered in Xs and Ohs). Maybe combine it. An Episode that deals with Millie as a character and Moxxie is allowed to save the day by showing: he is a highly competent assassin and gunner.
i get the feeling that Moxxie is a lonely dude with not too many friends or accomplishments. jsut look at how he was treated in the wrath ring. He probably craved attention and also wanted blitzo to look on him with pride for doing a good job. Unfortunately his need for perfection and to be lvoed jsut ruined his own goals.
in Wrath he merely sought validation from Millie's parents, something very normal and ultimately he got some. as for the not too many friends bit, that's a definitive "well no shit" considering who his dad is and who he was up to meeting Blitz. also he wasnt seeking "perfection" so much as to prove that he can handle being the leader, which he ultimately proved that he's not there yet.@@sarafontanini7051
Yeah, I share the (seemingly common) opinion that I disliked this episode. At first I did think that it was out-of-character, but after some rewatches and watching some analysis videos from other channels, I don't think it's that OOC anymore... I just think it's infuriating. Moxxie having an inferiority complex he tries to tackle by stubbornly sticking to a shitty plan is pretty in-character, it's just that the plan was so face-scratchingly cringy. Millie having no character development other than "she's a badass" is also pretty in-character, but then the episode tries to throw together some sort of also inferiority complex out of nowhere to try and create a conflict that just feels forced and unnecessary. And the fact that the episode tried to throw some drama in what was probably the most convoluted yer ridiculous setup yet did it more harm than good. There were some fun jokes, some nice moments and the final song, that power-ballad pastiche, was hilarious, but this episode is really hard to watch. Still, your analysis and commentary always makes even the duller episode much more enjoyable to watch.
Something you might not of noticed is Barbie and Blitz are twins it's why they have the same crest on their heads. And she hates him so much for whatever reason that she cut an X across the crest. Similar to what Verosica did to her Blitz tattoo.
I don't know what about Moxie hurt the most this episode. His choice in character to be undercover as, how the way he acted in and out of cover didn't feel all that out of character, or that there are very likely people that are just like that in real-life.
A little help and advice if your going to be with someone make sure they are like a best friend to you someone who matches your wave length someone that's gonna be there when you need it they gotta have your back and you both help each other for the things you lack. That's a good long lasting relationship
Fun fact: A lot of people are theorizing that Blitz's sister is trans as well since every female imp we've seen up has had straight horns until Barb, while males all have curves in them somewhere. I don't have full news on the subject though, whether it was confirmed/denied by Viv or if the fans fully fan-canonized it.
I think it was confirmed by one of the animators or I think Adam Neylan himself that the female looking imp with the male pattern horns was not young barbie
Blitzo is spiraling right now. Stolas was this safe thing that he could always rely on because He was this power thing and all the connection they had (to him) was being a toy. But now Stolas is hurt and he is clearly feeling like what they supposedly have isn’t enough. So he is finding connections elsewhere. The problem is… he is trying to find that with his Sister and… as you’ll find out soon, she wants nothing to do with him.
I know this probably won't get an answer since it's going to be buried, but I'm going to ask anyway: Does anyone know why her hands keep reseting or whatever they are doing every so often?
Okay one thing I don’t understand about this episode is Millie’s rant she says that no one has ever cheered for her but through out this entire series we’ve seen nothing but people praise her for being better than moxxie even some of the enemies they fight say at least one good thing about her so I don’t understand her argument don’t get me wrong moxxie did cross the line but that line doesn’t make sense if I’m wrong can someone explain it to me in detail it just seems like in this entire series moxxie is the one no cheers for

We all have to find the person we care about and cares about us in this life. There’s a lot of scenes a lot of cheaters and a lot of liars out there but if you find somebody that makes you truly happy hold onto them. It’s hard to find one like that.
I"m so glad Alicia appreciated even this episode and was able to sympathize with M&M and Blitzo. The cringe factor really got in the way for me but that doesn't mean there aren't some good bits. Now, on to the sheer awesomeness of 6 and 7.
Note that Blitz asked that did Barbie went back to "H-8" and she said no and it was just Heroin and Blitz calmed down Because H-8 is a post-surgery drug, pretty strong than Heroin
Alicia: "I thought I was the Millie! I'm not the Millie, [Rich] is the Millie!" Me: I don't even know anything about Rich, and I could've told you that. :)
I need to say... the Millie and Moxxie part for this episode feels... off to me. See, before this episode (and, honestly, even now) many people wanted an episode focusing on Millie because she is a satellite side character to Moxxie. And, for me at least, it feels like they tried to be meta with this episode. A "wink, wink, nudge, nudge!" kind of plot, where Millie suddenly feels like she's, well, a side character and Moxxie becomes an arse... And all we then really learn about her is "Millie is awesome at everything she tries" (making her no less of a plot device than before), while throwing in a random moment of tension into their marriage... Moxxie meanwhile has another humiliation conga episode after HArvest Moon Festival, instead of finally getting his five minutes of glory... and then he struggles at killing the camp guy. Yes, Barbie Wire is protecting him, but Blitz is helping Moxxie at the same time. 2 trained Killers VS Barbie (Skill level unknown) and teh acmp guy shoudln't have taken that long. And despite that, this is still more of a Mox and Blitz episodes instead of a Millie one! Honestly, I still want an Episode that goes more into Millie as a chracter, but then allows Moxxie to have his five minutes of fame WITHOUT having, say, a door kicked in his face, or Blitz stomp on him or whatever to cut him off. As of now, it feels like the writers are averse to letting Moxxie look really good. HOWEVER the next EPisode will be a doozy!
this episode is quite tough to watch, Blitzo gets rejected by the only living family he has left (Cash may be alive, but srsly fuck that guy... Paimon was a better dad than him.) Mills and Mox have their first fight on top of all that cringe. i'm just glad that the two reconciled and they're back to loving each other. that being said the next couple episodes are GREAT, cant believe you're almost caught up with the rest of us already. i guess that's what happens when we have to wait patiently for each episode.
You know the irony? Millie and Moxxie have now made out HARD on two stages. The opera one in 'CHERUBS' and now this one in 'UNHAPPY CAMPERS'. Why is that ironic? Because they didn't make out like this at Ozzie's club in the lust ring. Asmodeus and all them paterons missed OUT! M&M would have given one hell of a show
I don’t think Blitz wants Stolas, as he views Stolas as a individual only after his body, he may have feelings but ever since Asmodeus he doesn’t really look at Stolas in the eyes, and as for love, he truly believes no one loves him, and no one should as he is a measly imp who deserves nothing, he hates himself more than anyone hates him, and that blinds him to any love anyone else can feel for him, because to him that love makes no sense (anyways at least that’s what I think is going on in his head)
I think it him having a self fulfilling prophecy. He believes no one loves him so he pushes people away to not get hurt by them. He had to buy a form of love from adopting Loona. A Love he fills he has some control over. He will rather be the one hurting them otherwise. With Stolas, he thinks he is just a play thing with the benefit being the book. The date at Asmodeus is what puts that idea in his head. Stolas also learns of this when he is dropped off. His issue now is when faced with real love he doesnt believes its real and there is some kind of catch.
somehting i read into this is that Moxxie might be lonely and also lacks accomplishments and seeks validation. We haven't seen him have ay real successes in the story thus far personalto him, and he seems to lack any friends. hell jsut look at what happened in the wrath ring, wherehe got bullied and mocked. So he was trying to fill his lonely feelings and need to prove he is capable with this mission, but because of that he lsot sight of what he was doing and was only forced to see it when he realised he was actually hurting his own wife over something that was selfish.
of course blitzo's so focused on himself and reuniting with barbie (despite being repeatedly told ebforehand that she didn't want to even see him in the first place) he shuts out eveeryone and tries to jsutify himself with "having no time" (despite having plenty of time, he's jsut too self centred to realise)...and then hes blindsided when Barbie reiterates she wants him out of ehr life, destorying whatever imagined reunion he ahd in his head. And lets face it he was doing all this for himself and his feelings, not his sister's. also yeah Moxxie fucked up bad, objectively. It took him a week to kill the target becausse he was obsessed with doing things right (probably to prove how capable he is to blitzo specifcally) he ignored the fact the killer wasn't a genius mastermind but was a fucking a dumbass (plus he was so focused on trying to befriend the teens he kinda ignored all other clues like the fact only staff members could've done the murder but he didn't try looking into even one of them) and spent a week trying to find someone they alreayd foundimmediately. Basically this is an episode about too fuckups who got too into their own heads they ignored reality. So yeah Blitzo was serious when he said Moxxie fucked up.
Oh man... This episode, this episode divided so many people on it some say it's okay not great but not bad either while others hate this episode and I know why. I don't hate this episode but I understand why others do

@@EdgarCastilloGameMaster101 Yeah.
@@TheTerminatorChris barbie had nothing to do with anything, moxxie didn't even know she was a THING let alone involved with the murderer.
yeah Moxxie got too into his own head and lost sight of what was in front of him, as well as what the actual mission was.
That's why blitzo said he was a disgrace.
First Stolas getting hurt and now Blitzo's sister rejecting him! 😭
thankfully a W is coming his way.
I really appreciate the maturity you bring to the series, so much drama in the Helluva Boss fandom always seems to boil down to people not really understanding how people act when they’re messed up by trauma. It’s pretty rare for people to really be “uwu traumatized” and a lot more normal for “feral cat traumatized.”
Also I’m glad your fiancé saw your potential ‘cause you’re awesome and the internet would have been missing out.
The interaction between blitzo and barbie is painful i want blitzo to be happy
SPOILERS:
Even more so after the next episode.
This was the most difficult episode for me to watch because it was entirely awkward
you know he's getting pegged extra hard in the near future.
Ritch was right about you content creating! Your personality is infectious and your videos always bring a smile to my face! I'm glad you have someone like Ritch in your life, you absolutely deserve him. 😀
Goooood Rich is so good! he was so right about you being a magnet!
You're both so perfect to each other ❤
Next episode is my absolute favorite, and I beg you! PLEAAAAAAAAAASE turn the captions on for that one! The captions in that episode are absolute GOLD and enhance the comedy so unbelievebly much! Please please please!
Been watching your content for a little over 3 months now and I always love your reactions to multiple moments in specific videos. Keep up with the content and am looking forwards to more videos from you ^_^
Oh boy this episode. Like, it was ROUGH the first time watching. But now that ive gotten number to the secondhand embarrassment and shit, i can definitely appreciate the little things it did well.
*paused at the start of episode* oooh right this episode... this is the one episode i can't watch without skipping ahead, even the first time i saw it. i just... can't handle public humiliation scenes, let alone a whole episode filled to the brim of it
Yeah, I have that same problem, either take frequent breaks or just outright skip parts
The next two episodes are absolute fire, can't wait for you to see them.
Okay, so I get why Moxie is acting like this, but I never undrstood why Millie is so desperate for the acknowledgement of these teenagers. She's already the biggest badass and most competent member of IMP, so why is she acting like nobody ever praises her, when Moxxie is always flooding her with love?
Maybe she wants to be loved by humans?
W Rich.
Based man, total husband behavior.
Man will make father of the century in the future.
I like that even in hell nurses care about people and protect patients at all cost
This episode actually hurts bad on cringe, but glad you like it
I love your reactions to Helluva Boss episode, they’re so funny. Also I think Moxie might be a huge fan CSI stuff.
I'll be honest, this was the only episode in the series that I couldn't finish. It's not like it was really bad, but it just didn't land for me.
@@Mis7inayeah and another problem is they don’t ever actually fix his insecurities it’s usually just hey get over them for this reason for now.
😅 I didn't realize how little I've rewatched it even through reactors until this reaction. I don't think I've seen it since it premiered because I was gritting my teeth and squinting so hard just to get through it again.
yeah Moxxie was an idiot this episode, like for reals... but like a 90s sitcom he bounces back and redeems himself at the end.
For me, a lot of the episode felt like them trying to be "meta" and "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" about the complaints about Millie being a sattelite character to Moxxie and not having much of a personality of her own except for 1) Loves her hubby 2) melee belnder powerhouse.#
So they randomly decided to make the EPisode abotu that, making Moxxie jealous about her success... and it still ended up being more abotu Moxxie and Blitz than Millie!
The social commentary on messed up modern Influencer marketing is on point.
Oh my god, that story about Rich convincing you to do TH-cam is so heartwarming. W Rat King.
I'm pretty sure Blitz meant it when he said Moxxie was a disgrace, cuz let's all face it... he was an absolute disgrace this episode.
Something you might not of noticed is Barbie and Blitz are twins it's why they have the same crest on their heads. And she hates him so much for whatever reason that she cut an X across the crest. Similar to what Verosica did to her Blitz tattoo.
Remember back when we met verosika, she said "so your sister says hi" when talking about not being in rehab.
I always smile when I see someone in that Yamcha pose.
yeah, Barb absolutely HAAATES her brothers guts, and next episode gives a VERY good reason why
moxxie in this episode is just giving me second hand embarrassment.
Yeah.
I don't know what about Moxie hurt the most this episode. His choice in character to be undercover as, how the way he acted in and out of cover didn't feel all that out of character, or that there are very likely people that are just like that in real-life.
Honestly, if you fuse Millie and Moxxie together you essentially get Alicia. She’s the total M&M package
New to this channel and so far I love your vibe! Keep up the good work 🎉
A little help and advice if your going to be with someone make sure they are like a best friend to you someone who matches your wave length someone that's gonna be there when you need it they gotta have your back and you both help each other for the things you lack.
@@Ashurman666 thank you! Now I know
I need Alicia to be my life coach 😂
Blitzo is spiraling right now. Stolas was this safe thing that he could always rely on because He was this power thing and all the connection they had (to him) was being a toy. But now Stolas is hurt and he is clearly feeling like what they supposedly have isn’t enough. So he is finding connections elsewhere. The problem is… he is trying to find that with his Sister and… as you’ll find out soon, she wants nothing to do with him.
I'm fairly new to the channel I found you through helluva boss thank you algorithm cuz I love your vids ❤️ 💙
M and m straight pulled a team rocket
I know this probably won't get an answer since it's going to be buried, but I'm going to ask anyway: Does anyone know why her hands keep reseting or whatever they are doing every so often?
Okay one thing I don’t understand about this episode is Millie’s rant she says that no one has ever cheered for her but through out this entire series we’ve seen nothing but people praise her for being better than moxxie even some of the enemies they fight say at least one good thing about her so I don’t understand her argument don’t get me wrong moxxie did cross the line but that line doesn’t make sense if I’m wrong can someone explain it to me in detail it just seems like in this entire series moxxie is the one no cheers for
the crystals are called Asmodeus Crystals, Asmodeus gives these crystals to his succubus demons for when they go to the human world, it provides a portal there an a human disguise
3:44 I mean its not a BAD thing, Moxxie is great in his own way and he has Millie as his partner so they compliment each other just like you and RIch.
I need an episode where moxxie just shows off like a boss no cap
That scene with Millie and Moxxie on stage - watch it again with the TH-cam captions on, if you haven't already. It's hilarious!
We all have to find the person we care about and cares about us in this life. There’s a lot of scenes a lot of cheaters and a lot of liars out there but if you find somebody that makes you truly happy hold onto them. It’s hard to find one like that.
Bro got straight yamchaed complete with the crater and pose
I"m so glad Alicia appreciated even this episode and was able to sympathize with M&M and Blitzo. The cringe factor really got in the way for me but that doesn't mean there aren't some good bits. Now, on to the sheer awesomeness of 6 and 7.
I think some boats have big gaps under the seats where you could drill holes discreetly.
I recommend The Volgen's SCP-3935 video. "This thing a quiet Madness made."
Note that Blitz asked that did Barbie went back to "H-8" and she said no and it was just Heroin and Blitz calmed down
Because H-8 is a post-surgery drug, pretty strong than Heroin
oh i cant wait for her rwaction to episode 6 and 7.
Don't know if you caught it but Barb's emblem on her forehead is Blitzo's emblem crossed out.
Yeah I noticed :)
Moxxie went full William Shatner at 4 30 min. Lol
Alicia: "I thought I was the Millie! I'm not the Millie, [Rich] is the Millie!"
Me: I don't even know anything about Rich, and I could've told you that. :)
She really does have 20 in charisma
Congrats on the engagement.
HOWEVER the next EPisode will be a doozy!
this ep is def the low point of the season, but the next 2 are peak
"Don't do another love song, they'll think it's incest"
"Lol" said Kharn the Betrayer, "Lmao"
this episode is quite tough to watch, Blitzo gets rejected by the only living family he has left (Cash may be alive, but srsly fuck that guy...
That kid got Yamcha’d by a volleyball
You know the irony? Millie and Moxxie have now made out HARD on two stages. The opera one in 'CHERUBS' and now this one in 'UNHAPPY CAMPERS'. Why is that ironic?
Because they didn't make out like this at Ozzie's club in the lust ring. Asmodeus and all them paterons missed OUT! M&M would have given one hell of a show
Love your reactions alicia
"not that he's a bad person" says something that definitely comes from a bad person
Hehehe addicted to ur vids ❤
Im impressed at Alicia's ability to absorb cringe. Shes stronger than me for sure XD i could barely handle this episode.
I thought that Alicia would go "Sis?" when Barbie showed up.
This episode hurts so much
I'm so looking forward to her reaction to the next 2 episodes
of course blitzo's so focused on himself and reuniting with barbie (despite being repeatedly told ebforehand that she didn't want to even see him in the first place) he shuts out eveeryone and tries to jsutify himself with "having no time" (despite having plenty of time, he's jsut too self centred to realise)...and then hes blindsided when Barbie reiterates she wants him out of ehr life, destorying whatever imagined reunion he ahd in his head.
I just love that Moxxie is a theater kid and he can't act for beans
Rich is such a hero
Yes another reaction, getting closer to the 2 most emotional episodes along with a music vid with stolas... Watch that one last
Fun fact: This episode came out on my birthday🤩!! My 18th birthday, to be exact😊
Oh man... This episode, this episode divided so many people on it some say it's okay not great but not bad either while others hate this episode and I know why. I don't hate this episode but I understand why others do
I just don’t understand Millie’s rant about how no one cheers for her because through out this series everyone says nothing but good things about her
